The plumber offered us an early date for the job. He was bang on time turning up. He dealt with installing the wash basin efficiently and expertly. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him.

Neil is veery polite and honest. He doesn't mess you about and also doesn't charge the earth for the work that he does and knows his stuff!

As always, M20 Plumbing responded promptly, came out and did the job cleanly, quickly and with the minimum of fuss, and charged a very reasonable price. Thanks, Neil!

I couldn't control the temperature of my shower and could only get scalding hot water. Neil diagnosed the problem and quoted for 2 solutions. I asked which he would recommend. He chose the less expensive one, therefore making less profit. An example of putting the customer first!
Then solved the problem promptly and efficiently.

I'm so glad to have found a plumber like Neil Cooper. He replaced 4 taps and serviced the boiler. I have complete confidence in him. He knows what he's doing, arrives on time and is a very tidy worker. If and when I need a new boiler I will certainly ask him to install it.

Just needed a tap fitting. Neil did a great job - even refitted a cupboard door we had removed.
Paid £55 which was a lot less than the other quotes we got.
Would definitely use him again if needed.

Excellent service

When my boiler was leaking whilst I was on holiday, Neil called me back very quickly and was at my apartment within the hour. He was able to ensure the boiler was no longer leaking and explained to me clearly over the phone what he had done. This gave me peace of mind so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday. The only reason I haven't given him 5 stars is due to him not knowing my boiler brand (Logic) so he did not correctly diagnose the problem. It was a lot smaller problem that he thought once I got a different plumber out. I would highly recommend Neil, but confirm the boiler type first.
