I ordered something and they didn’t deliver the product. I reached out to them several times and they never gave me an answer. It’s been a YEAR and I still haven’t received the product.

From concept to design the craftsmanship is outstation. The delivery was excellent. I have ordered 3 times and plan to order more

We ordered two 12's and one 11 in our design and recieved two pairs of 11's and one pair in the size 12. When I tried to email you guys regarding the messed up order, I didnt hear back from anyone. Would still appreciate if you can help fix my order or at least refund me for one slipper. Thank you.

The paint came off immediately as I started to wear them

My printing/logo on the shoe was not centered. I've reached out several times via email and phone calls for nearly a month to see if they would rectify the issue since it was an error on their part. However, I received no response and was blocked on social media for inquiring about the responsiveness. The material quality is good, however the customer service and printing was very disappointing.

Would love to have just my name on the sneakers
and not m4d3 ,adding logo on tongue and back of sneakers would be great. More high top sneakers
