Beautiful jewelry but very slow service. It took a week to package and 6 workdays to arrive from Europe to Europe. The only time I waited longer is when I had something arriving from China. The delivery information is also scarce. I wish they’d let me know at least which day it will arrive. Luckily I could pick it up this time. However, I also bought their earrings from About you and wasn't satisfied with the way the pearl on them looked.

I ordered multiple items. Due to an error one item was out of stock. I got an email from maanesten explaining that it was out of stock and that I would receive my money back in 5 to ten business days. It has been 3 weeks. I received no refund. I emailed and contacted maanesten via Instagram as well. They don’t reply at all. They keep posting tho. I am very very disappointed and I want my money bag asap.

After they reacted to me here, I still haven’t received an email back from their customer care. And no money. I will never order here again.

I ordered 2 similar earrings to wear them as a pair. My order took them almost 2 weeks to dispatch. AFTER it was dispatched, I received an email telling me that there will only be 1 earring in the parcel as they are out of stock. Why can you not aske me BEFORE you ship it? What do you think why I ordered 2 similar earrings? Certainly not to only wear one of them.

I asked the customer support to provide a return label and have not received a reply in 4 days. There is no return label in the parcel and I have not received a refund for the missing earring. Never ever again.

I can't say anything about the quality as the parcel was falsely sent to a wrong address, meaning that on top of all of it I now get to coordinate the return from 500km away.

The price is no big problem to me. But the value is not really up to expectation. Hope you will improve better in the future

Very disappointed with the expensive ring. It looks and feels really cheap. And it is made in India! Feel cheated as I though I was buying a 100% Danish product. Not worth the money.

I made an order on october 26th. It is december 9th and I did not get the parcel yet!!! Maanesten claims that I have to contact GLS because the parcel was lost in delivery. I did even before they told me and GLS says that they already contacted Maanesten sending all the info about the incident. At the end I did not get any answer yet from Maanesten and I spent 173,50€!!!! Maanesten customer service sucks!!!

I ordered a necklace for my best friend’s 30th birthday. It’s been one month since I ordered and I still have not received the package. The customer service replied to my first two emails saying it was due to customs. Fair enough. I reached out on Instagram too and they replied to me about something completely irrelevant to my question & said they’d look into it but never got back to me.
Now it’s saying on the Shop App that it’s been in transit for over a week now. Im in the UK. It’s not that far to fly! And no one is replying to my emails - from two weeks ago.
I get it can take time to ship but one month is taking the p*ss.
My friends birthday has been and gone and going to have to post it to her if it ever arrives.
Hugely disappointed is an understatement.

Very disappointed with the quality. I bought a ring there and the gold went away after 1 year. I bought from other brands like Eremis and monica Vinader which holded much longer.

Got a bracelet (Sandra) as a gift for Christmas, wore it for 5 days before the bracelet broke and fell into a drain. Can't return for a replacement it since it fell where it could not be retrieved from.

Literally money down the drain on a poor quality product.

I have bought many things from Maanesten and have had only two reasons to ask for returns. Unfortunately, the experience is beyond aweful. Especially in the store. Just rude personel that seems to have been trained in not taking any responsibility for quality. First time I had to spend a long time on getting money back from a gift (took two trips to the store and 2 calls to Customer service before it happened). Second incident was an attempt to bring back a ring that broke after four months. Again just no accept of ownership. So while I have bought gifts in Maanesten for years, I will have to go elsewhere and I will also make sure that I share my experience because there are so many other brands that are super proud of their products and wants happy customers. Those I want to support.

Maanesten is amazing! I know they had some trouble with their sale recently and people were upset so I wanted to write a review, I had a bunch of problems on my end with shipping because I live in the US. They were so accommodating with everything and quickly shipped it out. I’ve been wanting this piece from them since I visited Denmark and I’m so happy they were so understanding.

Very friendly & quick customer service. Fast delivery as well. I placed an order on Friday morning and I could pick it up in a pick-up point Saturday around noon. The jewellery is just as beautiful and of good quality in real life as presented on the webshop. 💗

I ordered many items on OCT 21. But then more than half of ordered items are not in the package. And I cannot place a new order as my wanted items are out of stock then. I emailed them many times a couple day ago. No one reaches me back. I asked them on IG and FB. I got robotic answers. No one can give me the answer. I ordered 320 EURO but what I got is only 75 EURO!!!!!! If Maanesten see this review, please reach back to me on order O223406.

During the sale i ordered 2 items from which one did not arrive in my package.
I was given no notice about it, and when i called customer service was told that they had answered my e-mail claim from earlier which never arrived to my inbox.
They did not handle their sales organized it seems. At least i got refunded of course though would have been happier having the item instead obviously.

Though I love the brand and will keep buying their products, might stick to doing so in stores only from now on.

Spent a great deal during their sale to order Christmas presents for my family, which they then cancelled very soon after, and then told me a week later.

I ordered from their website a ring as birthday present from my sister.
After two weeks the order isn't dispatched yet.
I tried to reach them through the customer services but they never replied to me.
So I wrote a comment on an Instagram post and finally they replied also with a bad attitude, kinda making fun of me when I asked for a refund.
I don't recommend this site, they will never ship your order and you will never see your money back.
I will never buy again from them for sure!

I love this brand! The jewellery feels so luxurious and high quality. The shipping also went really fast, and the customer service answered my email quickly! I have nothing bad to say about Maanesten!
