AVOID no response trying to return shoes

Ordered 2 pairs of espadrilles and although beautiful do not fit. I've been trying to return them for weeks and seems impossible. Online return portal error code coming up when I enter my details. Rang the 2 different contact numbers I can find but never any answer or response from voicemails I have left. Used their WhatsApp contact too and no reply, messages not even read. Emailed several times nothing. Extremely worried now as 30 day return window will be over soon. No idea what to do, 240euro worth of shoes. AVOID
