It’s been about 4 years since I’ve placed an order and actually got the right thing/ the whole order.

It's better not to eat there. I ate there once and couldn't get up from the toilet.

I ordered 2 happy meals through Uber eats!! From Edinburgh Way Harlow Essex, they only brought 1,so I called the delivery man from Uber, who said he would pass me over to the manager!! She said she would call me back. She didn’t, My granddaughter didn’t have her happy meal the other did which created upset!! Whoever the manager was on Tuesday the 13 th January shame on you for not calling me back I paid for a happy meal I never received!! Your customer service stinks!! Will not be using ur store again!!!

They need a lot of improvement food is good sometimes but horrible the next day

I ordered a crispy chicken biscuit. I got a mcgridle chicken. I went back to have the sandwich changed and she said that no that is a crispy chicken. I have photos of what they give me. Such a crappy place

Last night the order was appalling, over an hour more delayed. I used the online delivery method. The food arrived was stone cold. The online delivery method was no way to get straight respond and the Macdonald Asda store not picking up the phone. Don’t want to use this again.

The fries are very poor quality & unhealthy.I believe its expired material.I check very carefully & stop my kids to eat.

One of the co workers at macdonalds gave us the wrong coffee today not good service at macdonalds

⚠️ ‼️ WARNING. Had a Bigmac after not eating McDonalds for some years. It was pathetic. Even though it was always unhealthy, at least the meat Patti’s were quite reasonable in size. This time though, the meat patties were a joke. Small, thin and terrible. The “burger” was mostly bread. So bad and still super unhealthy. Never again. Terrible. Stay away😩‼️

Sleaford branch. I ordered a breakfast meal plus I wanted just 2 piece of sausage pate for my grandson who does not eat bread, with a strawberry milkshake, they charged me 7 pounds plus for this meal, I was not over happy about this as they normally just charge for 2 pcs of sausage, anyway after waiting a long time my order came, I returned to my car, to have my breakfast only to find it was nearly cold, I couldn't bring myself to go back and complain, I throw it in the bin, we all know what happens when you complain. SIGNED unhappy customer.

How worse could this place become????

I have vowed never to return to this place my daughter wanted something, ignoring my protests,

This place regularly runs out of milk ( allegedly ) . So no surprise today when again no milk. Shakes, Mac flurry and believe it or not no cappuccino !!!!!

So after the usual, we queue up and wait, 11mins to be precise for them to serve two , Yes Two drive through customers,

We arrive at collection point to be told to park up. AGAIN!!!!

Another five minutes

This just for a Big Mac and coke , this MacDonald’s in my opinion the worst branch in the UK, and prove it consistently.

Once again a massive thumbs down for Macdonalds Trafford Retail Park branch.

1 is generous for for Raunds site at Wellingborough road , awful service , complaints made every time entered shop , really needs management to get inside a look at what is going on or close it . Manager refused to come to counter to speak with me when I am owed a refund . How is this service !!

I was being pestered buy this man named jude who was a worker and he was begging me to give him a good review not a good place to go

The meals and service was ok. The kids were having so much fun that we had more orders and spent rather a lot. I assumed 2hrs parking as other adjoined places did and I didn't see any other signs, I assume they are there, but it was dusk, cold and I think raining.
However the allowed time should be clearly displayed IN STORE. I will pay £50 but as I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE MacD I will soon save the fine and more! (and be a little healthier}

Stopped selling fish fingers, when my children can't have the nuggets,they had the fish fingers or fish bites as a treat,now all they can have is the chips.this was the vegetarian option for kids,my daughter fuming its a fish burger now lol

The same person on the speaker tells you to wait 2 seconds every 3 minutes… then gets your order wrong. Comical, but frustrating

i bought two double cheese burgers and a mcchicken, and recieved a bag with my sauces the napkins and the mcchicken. Now im not mad at missing food, im just lowkey confused on why it wasnt in the same bag?? Like i work food service and i get waiting for it all to be done, but different bags at different times is lowkey kinda nuts lol
