Cooperative Team

i accidentally forgot to cancel the 7 day free trial, and even though for some reason i was charged 3 times the amount for the annual subscription, the team actually supported me and after a bit of nagging and negotiations, i was able to get my full refund. Pretty good team

Impeccable

Impeccable product and a level of customer service, in terms of speed and helpfulness, that is exceptionally rare. Extremely user-friendly, even for someone who is not tech savvy. 5 stars!!!

The MacPaw technical support team is fantastic!

The MacPaw technical support team is the best I have encountered. Karyna has always responded quickly to me and solved problems I've had with CleanMyMac, an excellent application for maintaining a Macintosh computer's performance. I know my Mac laptop is in good hands with them.

Duplicate subscription fixed

I had two subscriptions and one was under an email I no longer had access to tied to work. I was able to get things straightened out and was given the service that remained added onto the service I was continuing. They were response to the issue and made great effort to ensure that I benefited from their services. I love that I can have a program that can go through things quickly and easily identify duplicate files and clean up space so my computer runs faster. Thanks MacPaw!

Problem with latest Cleanmymac App

I had a problem uploading the latest addition of clean my Mac. Thanks to customer support the matter was resolved quickly with clear instructions on how to solve the problem. Only criticism is that it should be made clearer what version of Mac OS is required to run the latest app.

I canceled my subscription because…

I canceled my subscription because customer support refused to accept my review of TranscribeX. I was brutally honest and polite. I can't understand why they hide the truth.
Overall the apps are good.

License Change Needed

I had a need to change the quantity of licenses I needed to support my current computer environment. It turns out I needed to cancel my current license and subscribe to a new license. This wasn't very clear to me and the support staff, via email, walked be through the process and even performed some of the steps for me. Time wasn't a critical component my need. But I do appreciate that the staff responded to my multiple emails and defined the process for me.

One Stop MacBook Fixer

There is no product that approaches the comprehensive results and ease of use on a MacBook. I have had problems reactivating upon renewal, but customer services immediately jumps in and keeps my program working. Don't waste time ---- get Clean My Mac!!
