Everything about the purchase, shipment, communications, condition of the Mac - in a nice case and with keyboard protector, and performance of the Mac has been outstanding! All in all a great experience and great computer. I got a 2017 MacBook Pro in excellent condition. I will say there are small areas on this computer where you can tell it’s refurbished. Theres a small bubble on the very side of my screen where I imagine the screen was replaced. But the performance is on point… lighting fast and responsive, and cosmetically in amazing condition. There was a courtesy call made to make sure my delivery went well and great correspondence along the way through email to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I just bought a second Mac laptop from Macs4u and couldn’t be happier! The refurb I bought for myself 2 years ago felt like a gamble as I had always used PC. Since I love my iPhone I decided to try a refurb MacBook Air. The Macs4u support team walked me through transferring my data and I have had no issues with it so far. When my daughters Mac got so old that she could no longer get updates on it (circa 2012) we decided to get her a refurb MacBook from Macs4u since we had such a good experience the first time. Again the tech support was superb for moving her data from her very old Mac to the “new” one.
