it works but there are better products out there. Customer service is non-existent and they refuse to provide an answer when you try to cancel your service. I had to report them for fraud to get the charges to my card stopped.

It doesn't have a free trial, despite trumpeting it. With the free trial you can't actually delete anything. I also had trouble activating the license even after purchasing it, which was irritating. That said, customer support was responsive, and they did cancel my subscription when requested. The fact that you have to email to request cancellation is crap, and it's clear that they're looking for people to sign up and forget they have this. That said, it did delete what I wanted it to.

After using Macube, my Mac feels brand new! I was amazed at how easily it cleaned out junk files from our system folders, iTunes, and even my browser. I should've googled before I signed up for the free trial. Same issue, other than the fact that the app wasn't able to clean my mac as desired, the cancellation was no where to be found throughout the website or the app. I've been charged 2 months in a row and will try to request for refund for the lastest one. DO NOT sign up for this app.

I downloaded the app and seen you needed a trial/membership to use the service, i signed up online and entered my card info, and NEVER received the activation code. No reply from their 'customer service' email and no phone number/any way to contact them.
No way on site to withdraw membership/cancel.
Scam written all over it

ABOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND HAVE NO CONSCIENCE. WATCH OUT FOR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE UP TO ALL THE TRICKS

They never sent an activation code and never replied to any support email. I had to block financial transactions with my bank

Signed up for a free trial via their website, all was fine and I cleaned my Mac. Coming up to the end of the free trial, I found it very difficult to cancel the trail, which was odd. Apparently you have to send them a support request to cancel, which I did but got an automated response. Luckily I signed up via PayPal so I was able to cancel through them, I didn’t have to go through the bank which others in this thread went through. Avoid altogether, and just manually clean your Mac :)

WARNING! I am so disappointed with this rogue company that sells the Macube software. Their support does not respond to my emails about canceling the subscription during the trial period. Therefore, I have had to block my bank card, which has given me a lot of extra work. If I had known the problems that would arise with this fake company, I would NEVER have signed up for a trial! Is it possible to give zero points in the review?!

I signed up for 7 days trial and ended up being charged four months in a row.
I cancelled my subscription immediately but they kept ignoring my cancellations. I cancelled again and again.
I kept, and am still, going to my bank to dispute the charges every time they charge me.
they are scammers and to be avoided under all circumstances.

It's a great software I freed 5GB by cleaning the system. It's really helpful if you don't want to take a long time optimizing your cache personally.

I've had a great experience using this software. It's been very helpful in all areas of keeping my Mac clean and running smoothly.

Now we're talking! Finally found a truly great Mac cleaning software that goes through the full process.

This is a good tool for optimizing my Macbook air. Macube is powerful and inexpensive.
