Absolute Crapy software. A money trap.
It does only split 1 email per file.
The use interface IS NOT OSX compliant.
Buttons not working or impossible to read.
It does very few things it pretend, and what it does is just impossible to use.
Excellent product! I purchased a program to back up my email. I was concerned because the last time I purchased a product like this (another company, obviously) I was scammed. Plus, I am so bad at technology. This software was straightforward, easy to download, and easy to understand.
I even ran into a glitch with a server error (totally caused by me) and messed something up. I was nearly in tears because I needed my emails backed up for an important reason, and soon they were going to be gone. I contacted the customer service chat and got a gentleman named Peter. He was a lifesaver. I'm so bad with technology and he asked me questions that were spot-on, figured out the issue, and gave me clear and concise directions on what to do. This was even through a chat! Best customer service I have ever had.
I cannot recommend this company, especially coupled with excellent support should you need it. Peter was a lifesaver and so is MacUncle. We need more companies like this!
I echo Harry’s review. I figured I’d have 30 days to work it out but it was too opaque for me to figure out on my own. Their email answers sounded like AI or canned responses. A live chat person on their website referred me to this particular product according to my stated needs. They were completely unavailable for phone support and insisted their email instructions were satisfactory which was odd because I’m the one who needed to understand them—and I didn’t. And they refused to refund me. So much for honesty in advertising with this company.
They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee on their website which is why I ended up trying the product. It kept failing and not doing what it intended to do. I ended up finding another solution and asked them for a refund to which they refused. Terrible customer service. Bait and switch advertising.
