Very bad
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered two iPhones:
First order: I never received the iPhone. Instead, I received a piece of wood, which makes me think the delivery company or the seller scammed me.
Second order: After completing the payment and waiting for 5 days, I contacted support to check my order status. To my surprise, they told me I need to pay extra money again before they ship it.
This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I want this issue resolved immediately or a full refund.
