I have received the product in a good condition but the return procedure is bad and communication is bad. The product is good
I have received the product in excellent condition and very quickly.
However it wasn’t what I want and decided to return it.
To return you have to pay:(
If you call on the phone it’s an answer machine, don’t bother.
Communication only through emails and no weekends.
PS. I noticed that you can find it cheaper on different websites.
Overall good service.

Sorry you are unhappy with our returns policy. The label that you ordered over the weekend would be sent to you today so you can get it collected from your home or take it to a post office, using the label we will send you today as orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
We always answer the phone during office hours and love to talk with our customers often spending a long time giving advice so again I am sorry that nobody was here when you phoned over the weekend.
Sorry for the confusion when your label arrives via email today you can either print it or scan the QR code.

Rab Cirrus Alpine Jacket
Wow! What a fantastic site and I only discovered it when I was browsing online for a Rab jacket.
This item was ordered in the afternoon and arrived by 11am the next day and delivery was free.
The colour was as expected and a good fit. I have not worn it in very col conditions yet but I am sure it will live up to its reviews and reputation.
Many thanks Madabout Mountains I will certainly use you again and hopefully visit your shop in the future.

Great shop with helpful staff…
Unfortunately the garment was too big for me. However I was impressed with its speed of delivery, avery quick response for information about returning the garment and some very helpful advice on an alternative. I have only visited the shop once on my way to Cumbria and it is a great shop with helpful staff, fortunately I did make a couple of purchases and would recommend the shop.
