I bought bed linen, one single and one double at a discount, thinking I was buying a pillowcase, duvet cover and fitted sheet, the bed linen is nice but I was unpleasantly surprised when I saw that what was supposed to be a duvet cover was just a sheet, which means I have two sheets, no duvet cover and I am unhappy with the purchase, in the description they called it pique to cover it up so people wouldn't think it was a duvet, especially us who don't know that pique is just a type of material and not a cover or anything else. A play on words, a hidden scam, I am disappointed, I will still buy bed linen in Jysk.

They sent me damaged products, which I immediately returned. It has now been three months, and I am still waiting for my refund. I tried contacting their customer service via email, but they blocked me. They are basically stealing your money, never buy anything from them.

Please read the reviews and stay away from this company (EU orders). I do not understand whether this is a scam or negligence or just a bunch of amateurs who struggle with the online retail world. Placed my order almost a month ago, not received obviously, the customer service are non-responsive and any response you will get is just a irrelevant nonsense. Just waiting for 30 days to kick off a claim with my credit card provider. For your own sanity, stay away!

They put a big discount 70% on all articles on their website. Once we ordered we waited for months with no notification about our order. We went to their retail store, where they told us that they have no information about online orders, but they heard a lot of people complain that they are not receiving discounted orders.

I got my money back three months later...

Terrible Quality & Awful Customer Service – Avoid This Store!

I purchased a pan and pot set from this store, and after just one use, the heat completely damaged them! Clearly, the quality is extremely poor. When I tried to return the product only four days later, they refused to replace or refund it. This is completely unacceptable.

The customer service is horrible, and they do not stand behind the low-quality products they sell. These are cheap Turkish products that are not worth a single cent! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store and not waste their hard-earned money.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Citizen’s Ombudsman on Monday to ensure this kind of scam doesn’t continue. If you’re thinking of buying from this store—DON’T!

Vreselijke kwaliteit & slechte klantenservice – Vermijd deze winkel!

Ik heb een pannen- en potten set gekocht bij deze winkel en na slechts één keer gebruiken raakte het door de hitte beschadigd! De kwaliteit is duidelijk zeer slecht. Toen ik het product na vier dagen wilde retourneren voor vervanging, weigerden ze het te vervangen of terug te betalen. Dit is volkomen onacceptabel.

De klantenservice is vreselijk, en ze staan niet achter de lage kwaliteit van de producten die ze verkopen. Dit zijn goedkope Turkse producten die geen cent waard zijn! Ik raad iedereen sterk aan om deze winkel te vermijden en geen geld te verspillen.

Op maandag dien ik een officiële klacht in bij de Consumentenombudsman om ervoor te zorgen dat deze praktijken stoppen. Denk je eraan om hier iets te kopen? NIET DOEN!

My order was delivered very late. There is no phone number, live chat, or quick way to contact them anywhere. I tried reaching out multiple times via Instagram, email, and my account on their website. It took them a full week to respond. The order status email they sent did not even include a tracking code.

My order finally arrived 18 days later, but 2 items were missing. On top of that, the package included a 2XL T-shirt that I never ordered. I tried to email them again to report this, but this time I received an automatic reply from Microsoft saying my emails were not delivered. This happened even though I replied to the same email thread they had previously responded to.

At this point, I cannot reach any representative from Madam Coco, and I cannot even file a complaint about the missing products. This website is completely unprofessional and provided a terrible shopping experience.

Do not shop here under any circumstances!
