I ordered an item that was tagged in stock but I found out later that its not available and couldnt be delivered. Will revise my rating once I receive a full refund.

We'm sorry we could not deliver your order due to a stock error. With over 12000 products in stock errors can unfortunately occur, but we are constantly working to optimize our stock.
When an order is canceled, the payment will also be so.
By law, we must only withdraw money from a customer's account when the goods are sent to him. No money will be deducted for orders that are not processed.
You will be able to experience that the money is reserved, but it will be automatically released after X number of days, depending on which agreement you have entered into with your bank.
If you want the money released ahead of time, I ask you to contact your bank, as only they can do this. We can only confirm that the order has been canceled and that we do not deduct the money from your account. If your bank wants documentation for this, we will of course be happy to send you this.

They used a picture of a different razor on their website (now changed) than the one they shipped. Mistakes happen, but the fun part was when they tried to convince me that it was the same razor that just looked a little different despite it being a different model with a different price point and construction. At least the return was painless.
