They forgot to dispatch my order
After ordering it I waited 11 days and still did not have dispatch confirmation. Only after contacting them and asking what happened to my order did they realise that my product had not been sent. After this, I had to wait a further 3 days to receive the product. While they did offer me a discount and a small gift, this was really sad as it was for a friends birthday and I had to get something else instead.

We’re so sorry you waited so long for your order to be dispatched. Our processing times are max 5 working days, and like our shipping policy states, this time can and will be extended during high order volume periods.
We made the mistake of not double checking that all customers-specifically you- were contacted about our processing time extension earlier on this month, so for that we take full accountability.
We unfortunately have no control over when Royal Mail deliver your package after it has been dispatched, but your order was dispatched before EOD the day you contacted us 15-02, via Next Day signed delivery with a small gift and discount code.
