Excellent quality poles delivered within the time frame of your lead times … they look fabulous in situ and our builder commented about the decent fixings and brackets. I only wish I’d found you earlier for the other rooms in our renovation.

I contacted Made By The Forge as I needed larger than usual curtain holdbacks and they immediately responded to say they could make them in the size I wanted and at a very good price. They duly arrived and not only look good are a high quality item.

Excellent service and quality from all concerned. We needed a replacement central bracket for our curtain pole after window fitters had cut our old one in two (!?!). The new one was made and delivered very quickly and fits perfectly.

Faultless service. I contacted them by email and they responded quickly with informative and helpful replies. I explained what I wanted to do and they recommended the parts I would need. Parts were made to order and dispatched within the indicated lead time. One incorrect item was replaced by express within 24 hours. The quality of the items is fantastic. Very strong and accurately made - even individual curtain rings are works of art. Not the cheapest but more than worth it considering the quality. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ordered a black recess pole for my front door (to hang a thermal door curtain). The Company kept me upto date along the way, being hand made & during Covid it would take a little longer. I'm in no rush & what a brilliant job. Measured to perfection,looks quality & it's hand made for that specific recess. I'm absolutely delighted with this. It's very well packaged, came with 5 screws, instructions easy to put up. It's good to know that it's hand made in the UK.

Really impressed by this business. I googled ironworks and this came up and despite my scepticism it was absolutely amazing, The staff were so helpful when i was measuring my door pole so that I got it right. they were happy to stay on the phone and guide me through what I need to do (I watched the videos too, which helped a lot) as I was spending a fair amount of money so wanted to to be right otherwise I would end up with a very decorative and expensive pole! I submitted my order and received confirmation it had been delivered and then a couple of days later I got a phone call from them just checking everything, so helpful again, I had so many questions but they were just amazing and very patient/professional. The pole was wrapped really well too and came with some instructions and was delivered only about 10 days later. Anyway, have now got the most beautiful, stylish door curtain rail ever, who knew my front door could look so good on the inside. Genuinely impressed with this place and have recommended to others. Thank you Made by the Forge - true craftsmanship and fantastic customer service.
