Order placed on July 3, for a dining table, in stock, promised to be delivered within a week. One month and numerous emails later, no delivery. Apparently it is stuck in customs but they won’t do the necessary paper work to get it through the customs. I was provided with tracking but there’s no shipment associated with the tracking.
Please provide the necessary paperwork for customs within one week otherwise cancel the order and process a refund.

Update: hello, following by review, we had agreed to a 15% refund and that I would still receive the table. Please confirm.

Ordered a table with an advertised delivery time of 7 days. Three weeks later, I contacted customer service to cancel my order (after not receiving the table). The woman told me I would receive my refund of CHF 1'000 within two weeks. Five weeks later and the refund still hasn't been made. I do not recommend this online shop.

Total disaster, trick you by offering a discount when you subscribe, then they never give you the reduction.
When you try to unsubscribe, they would not remove you from their mailing list.

ATTENTION le site (suisse) est un white label du site francais avec un numéro 021 bidon dévié en France, les commandes sont passées à l'étranger et transite par la France et ils nous arnaquent nous les Suisses en n'appliquant pas la TVA et sur le taux de change.
Si vosu commander sur le site .FR vous pouvez profiter de rabais qui ne sont pas sur le site .CH et quand vous leur demander des explications, personne ne répnd ou en vosu rappelle, le service est des plus minables.

ATTENTION the (Swiss) site is a white label of the French site with a number 021 can diverted in France, the commands(orders) passed abroad and passes in transit by France and they swindle us we the Swiss by not applying the VAT and to the exchange rate.
If vosu to command(order) on the site .FR you can take advantage of discount which are not on the site .CH and when you to ask them for explanations, nobody no répnd or vosu call back(remind), the service(department) is of the most pitiful
