Non delivery

Non delivery, no apology after THREE MONTHS, left an appropriate negative review and they have the AUDACITY to claim they’ve cancelled and refunded when I had to get my money back via my bank! They blame Brexit blah blah blah but are quick to take your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these utter charlatans, if it’s not a scam they’re so incompetent as makes no difference and so arrogant, unapologetic and dishonest they might as well be outright thieves. As soon as I left a well deserved negative review they suddenly contacted me, not to apologise or actually tell me where my order is, but to make excuses and actually lie to me! Are they children? Where’s the professionalism? Read all the negative reviews before wasting your money on them.

No feedback received after 4 days after…

No feedback received after 4 days after contacting CS for product return process. Good products but slow processes lacking customer satisfaction.

Items in stock before payment suddenly show as unavailable for a month as soon as payment is made....

I ordered items from their website that clearly showed as in stock. However after the payment had been taken they suddenly showed as being only available a month later. Numerous calls to their UK number have led to a voicemail message to say they have closed their customer service and on email there has only been one response asking for an order number. I have asked for a full refund but nothing forthcoming at the moment. Shoddy customer service and not to be too blunt but a company that is prepared to show items as "in stock" before payment and then literally a minute after payment show them as "unavailable for a month" is conning people into buying items that they don't have. Do not use this website.

Their problem will become your problem

I have ordered 2 small tables by Pols Potten, unfortunately, one of them was damaged: the part of its lacquer coating was cracked. I have contacted Madeindesign asking to exchange the product. I have got a reply with all the information for the shipment and saying that the new table will be available in 2-3 weeks.

I have an interior project and I do not have time to wait another month to receive the product. I have been trying to contact them for a week, sending around 3-4 letters, asking to reimburse at least partially the cost of the table, so I can keep it and make a little restoration, because of the lack of time.
My case was totally ignored. I have only received a very strange answer, which is forwarded message, went to spam, written in french, that till they receive the product to their warehouse nothing can be reimbursed.
They made their problem of damaged product to become my problem without any effort to try to find a compromise for them and customer (me).
I have ordered from other websites and did not have such an indifferent experience ever.

Ordered product that was in stock

Ordered product that was in stock - delivery 3 to 5 days. Got email asking for copy of passport and proof of residence. Sent both and heard absolutely nothing. Still waiting two weeks later - tried contacting them many times by e-mail - THEY HAVE MY MONEY and I HAVE NOTHING - no product delivered no communication. Watch out for this scam company - TERRIBLE.

i have no words

For two months waiting for the delivery of 3 things. Coat hangers and 2 bowls.
They seem to have nothing in stock and ordered when they receive money. Anyone can do so. On the money held would have to pay interest up to the date of delivery. It should be reported to financial inspection.

After so much waiting on delivery, the hanger at the end came in the wrong color. Very untrustworthy. I'm gonna have cost painting hanger in black. , because I cant think of how much it would take to replace the hanger ...

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The logistic system used wrongly utilized our inputs and could not deliver but we have never been called not even from madeindesign. After my numerous requests for I am still waiting for the collar (more than 1 month since payment and 20dd now at the logistic center!). But the worst part is the inexistent follow up after mails and calls from the Customer Service.

Lost order that no one cares for

I have ordered some design cups that I have never received. I don't know where is my order, the money are gone, no one replies to my emails. I tried to call (paying!!!) and the answer was: we have shipped your order so now it's not our responsibility! The number of the package provided is wrong, by the way!

Please, get in touch with me by email: the order wasn't delivered (I have 24/7 concierge service), the order number given by your company was wrong so I am not able to see where is the package and the post-office address was never sent to me!!!

From the courier's tracking it was indicated that he wasn't able to deliver because you were absent. The parcel was therefore left for collection at the post-office.
The customer dept contacted you back giving you the post-office's address.
