Punctual and professional. Smooth return transactions between hotel and Funchal airport. Highly recommend

I had a very good experience with my airport transfers earlier this year. I also booked an afternoon tour and to my astonishement they still ran it even though I was the only customer! I was planning to come back in December and I had booked more transfers and tours but unfortunately today I had to cancel. I got an instant reply and refund on a Sunday morning! Very impressed.

Cheap transfer but they collected us on time for the transfers from and back to Funchal airport. We had a baby and a seat was provided, as requested.
I would use them again.

A wonderful tour. Highly recommend this company and particularly our driver, Christian. We had been to Funchal town before, so he took us to some stunning places with incredible views. We will be booking again to see the Eastern side. Comfortable car.

I booked a taxi from my hotel to the airport. A nice, gentleman arrived before time! Charged me reasonable! Clean van! Polite and very professional!

Don't use this company!!

We booked ahead to make sure we would catch our flight on time. They had to pick us up at 7.15 am but they never showed up. When I tried to call their "emergency" number nobody picked up.
They gave us A LOT of stress.
Don't use this company at all because you will never be sure they will be there.
Terrible service. You should be ashamed.

I tried to order shuttle from the airport but received an email from Rosa saying they were fully booked out
Few hours after she emailed me back that they have a space available and if I wish to book it.I replied back that I already sorted it out through booking.com
So when I arrived to Madeira,I got picked up by a driver about whom I thought was my booking.com driver,but he was actually from Madeira shuttle airport company.I had no idea he wasn't my booking.com taxi driver...
So I ended up paying 24 euro for the booking com taxi I've never taken plus 16 for the shuttle one
Booking doesn't want to give me the refund,and shuttle airport company was pretty mean in the emails
I NEVER CONFIRMED THAT I WANTED TO PROCEED FOR BOOKING!!! ALSO SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I WAS SORTED ALREADY...BUT THEY SENT A DRIVER WITH MY NAME ON THE PAPER ANYWAY
Very unprofessional approach! And not fair at all!!! I paid twice for the pick up

NO, I DID NOT CANCEL AS YOU TOLD ME IN THE EMAIL THAT YOU WERE FULLY BOOKED OUT! THIS IS SOME SORT OF A LIE I HAVEN'T BOOKED YOUR SERVICE! I NEVER CONFIRMED THE BOOKING AND YOU SENT YOUR DRIVER TO PICK ME UP ANYWAY

Easy to book, reliable, clean cars with friendly and safe drivers....plus very reasonably priced. Beware taxi drivers are rude, speed and rip you off and other transfer companies who are just their agent!

Extremely efficient. Booked and paid online before travelling (discount for paying via PayPal). Driver waiting for us on arrival and collected for our return trip without having to confirm. Would definitely recommend.

Had to cancel booking day before flight due to present situation emailed and got a quick reply and refund with no hassle at all - I used these guys in May & October 2020 and will be using them again in May 21 Hopefully !

Have used them several times, private as well as express shuttle. Always on time and friendly. Would not use a different service on the island.
