If you're looking for stress in the run up to your wedding, book these guys!

We commissioned Made with Love to print foil pressed on-the-day stationary in Feb, at which point they told us it would take 4-6 weeks.

It’s been 8 weeks. Our wedding is in one week, with the Easter bank holiday in between, and we have nothing. Furthermore, emails are not being replied to, an issue we have encountered frequently over the last few weeks. This began with an email stating we would have proofs within a few days, two weeks later we had nothing. We chased and heard nothing for days. This chain of events has continued, with Simon (business owner) being seemingly unable to commit to an despatch / delivery date.

As such our trust in them has diminished, forcing us to take a financial hit and outsource to another printers. In the process of doing so I’ve discovered foil pressing, which more printers than I realised can facilitate, can be turned around in a much quicker time frame.

In conclusion I would save yourself worry and book with a reliable supplier; Papier and Lovestruck Stationary are much more credible, and costs comparable. Furthermore, they provide contact phone numbers, something Made With Love DON'T as I have since discovered.

I’m sure the business owner will attempt to counter negative reviews with fake ‘friend’ reviews, so I suggest you take a look at Google reviews and pay attention to the consistency of the negative ones.

*updated* this company has since changed its name to ‘the lux co’ - it seems they do this at frequency to shake off bad reviews.
