Poor quality...the device stop to work after only 3 month...and impossible to repare it or to obtain some spare parts. Customer service lamentable!!
I ordered a watchwinder the 12th of december. Payment accepted. I received by mail the invoice and status.
Status is "Shipped" but the tracking number is a simple "-"...
Transport company is GLS Europe. And if you don't have a tracking number then you cannot get any information about your package.
Who is the thief ? GLS? Maestrorelojero ?
I left several mails to Maestrorelojero on the webpage of my account, I also sent mails to the contact address. No answers !
They take the money and that is all.

I ordered from them but they suposably did not have all in stock that i could order and did pay for.
First of all it is weired that they have items avalible to bay order and pay for that they later claim is out of stock.
They have stolen 50 euro + shipping cost from me.
The present I wanted to give away for a Birtday never came. SAD Birthday!
ps. They are happy users of Google translate with out any ability to comunicate.
Very plasticy feel and low quality(eg. in glue). The scilent Watchwinder makes alot of noice, but looks great.
