worst experience of my life

This company was once excellent! The support was incredible and the SLA was 15 minutes! All the agents were Magento experts and everything was resolved promptly, far beyond what conventional support does!
Unfortunately over the years it changed to Stratus and then to Webscale. They just got lost along the way! It turned out to be the WORST stand I have ever seen! It takes days to respond! I have forgotten tickets for months without any return! They simply completely ignored magemojo's old customers, even though they have a signed contract, they don't comply. Webscale's new plans are completely unrealistic, 5x more than the average market price and even support is paid separately.
It's a shame that such a good company has declined so much in such a short time! It will definitely go bankrupt.
