HORRENDOUS COMPANY. I have sent endless emails (close to 10 emails) requesting a change to my order and have been met with radio silence. There is no staff at this company. They send automated emails and then ignore any human interaction. Currently got a fraud case against them with American Express to get my money back. These people are thieves.

Fo not order, ordered pdf to print, no download link sent, no response great anniversary idea now ruined.

The website is not easy to navigate, I made a mistake and I contacted the customer support, but nobody reached out. Waste of money…

Best purchase ever. Professionalism, nice quality and charming products.

I ordered a print and received just a download so for 19.99 thought this was totally unacceptable.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a print for a friend's 20th wedding anniversary and whilst my order was submitted and I was charged, I have had nothing since - no tracking number, no word of the order having been processed and absolutely no response to many emails, via their website and direct email to them as well as via Facebook Messenger. Total rip off and clearly absolutely not legit. I am now left with no gift which is devastating... not to mention ripped off my money. Do yourself a huge favour and purchase elsewhere

They never reply to emails, even after various attempts to contact them. They have no issue taking your money, but you wont get the order...and good luck trying to get a refund

I ordered 2 posters and I had to contact customer service but 3 weeks later and after sending several emails, I received absolutely 0 response. And to add to that I still haven't received any of my orders. Don't waste your time and money on this company. They cannot be trusted.

Very easy to use

I asked to amend my order and had no reply. Really not happy with the service. Such bad response issues. Now I'm not going to have the correct thing for a very important present! 😮‍💨

The item is great but the price is too much

Very disappointed. I ordered a framed product. It arrived in an extremely poor quality frame, with no glass - instead, floppy plastic/perspex. The print was not glued or stuck in any way inside the frame, so it showed ripples where it had buckled. The print itself is clear and seems to be fair quality. However, the star names are inconsistent, with some written in simple English and some with their traditional Greek names. Not happy. I hadn't planned on spending the night before a family engagement party re-framing this in order to make it an acceptable gift. Don't waste your money!

Ordered digital image for instant download for a quick gift. It was stated that the PDF will be delivered in 1-3 minutes. It's been over 4 days! Steer clear! Filed a complaint/ inquiry and no response yet 3 days later.

I ordered the print and paid extra for a black canvas. When this delivery arrived the canvas was damaged on two sides from the packaging. I have raised a request with the MagicalNightSky Team to either receive a new frame or have my money reimbursed for the frame and I have not received a response in return. I am heartbroken as this was supposed to be a special gift for an anniversary for my fiance and due to the delay is response I am forced to hand over a damaged gift.

The poster arrived very grainy and of poor quality

Worst client experience ever. The team has never answered me back while I needed an answer about the product that didn’t come in time. Once I’ve called my bank to report the situation, the product “magically” have been sent…
