I checked the clp labels they sent me and the details were incorrect! Not only that but they never replied to my email... I will have to contact my bank to try and get a refund. Avoid. Super cheap feeling labels.

Excelent service from magic clp s.im not the best on line, I can do a little emailing (in a fashion).But can't praise Abi enough who helped me with my order. Its so nice whdn the staff a realy helpfull.would highly recomdnd this company.s proctor

The labels are fine and they stock most brands. The next day delivery is wrong though, I’ve placed numerous orders and never had one arrive next day. The last order took a week before they even sent it.

I can always trust these labels to arrive quickly and are just what I need.

Ben is very friendly and helpful but ordering is where it all goes wrong. Terrible experience, ordered labels by email, order ignored completely. Gave up after two weeks and ordered online, order went through and was then cancelled by the company as their printer is broken - no suggestion that they fulfil my order when the supposed printer is mended - they just cancelled the order. Absolutely terrible, avoid these people if you actually want to receive anything

Awful experience! I placed an order on the 4th September (it's now 22nd) and I still haven't received my order. I reached out via email and Facebook. It took them 12 days to tell me there is an issue with their label printer, so partially refunded for those. Then told me a file had "misformatted" so the cards I ordered won't be any good. Was told I would need to send out the design for the cards again and then they can send out the CLPs alongside it. I emailed back to explain I wouldn't need the cards without the labels, still no response or refund for those. Absolute WASTE of time and money. I figure when they can be bothered to reply I will have to just ask for a full refund as this is ridiculously long to wait and I have been put off from using this company now. Their turnaround time is advertised as 2-3 working days, well it's been 18 days and still my order is unfulfilled and they've got my money. The responses I have had aren't great either to be honest and the lack of communication is a disgrace and seems to be a common occurrence with this company based off other reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere! I will be avoiding at all costs.

Magic CLP’s have always delivered promptly and the one time they didn’t get it right, they immediately rectified the issue for me. They communicate well with customers which is very important to me. Great service and attention to detail.

I do think this company is great, communication is excellent and very fast delivery. Although the scent name in the clp labels is bigger than it used to be I still wish it was bolder, that’s the only small negative I have.
