Your website is useless
Your website is useless. I tried ordering from it about a week ago, found out the order never went thru. So tried again a few days ago. Had to call Customer Service to check on the status of my order. Turns out it also never went thru. So had to end up ordering over the phone. // I've designed web sites before. I know web sites. Please fix your website. And people need to be notified IMMENDIATELY if their order went thru or not. Don't leave us guessing.

Frustration
I found using the website very confusing. Usually I pull up my past order and edit it before I add items. This time the past order was displayed three times so I had to delete a lot of items before I got the correct number of items that I wanted. Then I was able to add new items. It took a lot of time and was very frustrating.

Minimum order amount too much
The products are great, but the minimum pre-shipping amount is frustrating. Space is limited in our small refrigerator, so having to order a minimum of $50 worth sometimes is very inconvenient. Plus they run out of stock so frequently, you can't just buy the one thing they didn't have in the first place once they have it again unless you want to buy $50 worth!

We do suggest placing orders earlier in the week to avoid possible delays that are more common on orders that ship out on Friday and are in transit over the weekend. We did want to share that the dry ice should be dissipated upon arrival. However, the Magic Cups should still be frozen.
