Food took over an hour to arrive, driver didn't show and didn't contact me to check address. Restaurant staff very rude on the phone. Requested a refund which will take 7 days. Do not order from them, absolute joke!
Having previously been customers, we decided to eat again at Magic Spices in Wallasey. They have had an extensive and obviously costly referb and thought this looks good. Imagine to our horror that it's the customer who is paying for This! They have crammed in more seating, substantially reduced the range of buffet selection by at least two thirds, serving well and truly flat coke with poor quality runny Food! What the he'll happened? When we pointed out the coke was flat, a shrug of the shoulders from the waiter said it all. Other staff were working with their ear phones plugged in chatting away constantly even when dealing with customers. Guys, please avoid this restaurant if you want to avoid disappointment. Poor quality food, ridiculously ignorant staff and non existent customer service.
