!!!!!PLEASE READ TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED!!!!!
I bought a MagicStick from these people in 2015 and not only did they never supply my product, they continuously lied and gave excuse after excuse, year after year:
The lies ranged from stories about delays, manufacturing problems, intel chip problems, covid, etc, etc
The only consistent theme is that you get promised, "it will definitely be delivered this year before xx-date", each and every time you contact them the same nonsense (if you manage to get a response which is infrequent).
But guess what, 7 years later, and over 20 attempts to contact them and ask for what I paid for, I still have nothing.
Now I notice that they are still trying to offer this product for sale on their website!! The cheek of these disgusting low life scammers ! Hopefully this review prevents anyone else from losing money and being cheated by these people.
If you see a glowing review like the one below from "Jalandhar Gosavi" then you can guarantee its the scammers themselves trying to boost ratings.
Don't believe anything they say and if you have paid anything recently get your card company to reverse the charges immediately and get your money back because NO-ONE EVER RECEIVES ANYTHING FROM THESE DECEITFUL LIARS AND SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND NEVER GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

Wow, we already had this discussion exactly one year ago on facebook. You promised to ship, but as usual - nothing.

After email conversation they had excuse that it was my issue that they didn't sent me the item. However they promised to ship on 15th August (2020) - guess what now they disappeared again

After FOUR month of poking via email they finally sent me tracking number

The joy was short - the MagicShit One died after two days of use. However they offered me to send back to India the item, I decided to not invest any more money to that dead horse.

Magic Stick is a rip off. I and many others have paid hundreds and nothing in three years and nothing. I would Not give a penny for any product by Magic Stick. Warning: And Indiegogo did nothing to help the thousands of Magic Stick supporters that have lost all their money. I know one supporter that paid $1200 for a special from Magic Stick and now three years later nothing from Magic Stick. I am through with Ingiegogo and Magic Stick.

Magicstickone.com apparently represent a company producing a small HDMI stick PC/ TV . It searched for startup capital first at Kickstarter.com since at indiegogo.com where they got about 500.000 dollars in crowdfunding from people who believed in them and thought they bought their product in advance. Since 2015 many of us have been waiting to receive the product we paid for but only got a tremendous lot of excuses pr. mail but NO Magicstick whatsoever. And now it seems that the same company is looking for new capital (about 5 million dollars) at Equity.net. At their website they claim that they are selling their product, but why do they not then deliver it to all of us who helped them finance their very beginning in 2015 ??? I will not call the company fraudulent but at least it seems very untrustworthy since they let people pay for a product they never deliver....join the Magicstick backers at Facebook. Find the group under the name: Magicstick - did you ever get it ?
THE SOCALLED MAGICSTICKONE COMPANY REPLIED TO MY CRITICISM MORE THAN 2 YEARS AFTER I PUBLISHED IT. AND WITHIN A SHORT WHILE MY ECONOMIC HELP TO THE COMPANY WHEN IT WHAS A STARTUP COMPANY AT INDIEGOGO WILL CELEBRATE 5 - FIVE - YEARS FILLED WITH EXCUSES OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHY IT COULD´NT COMPLY WITH IT´S PROMISES OF SENDING ME A MAGICSTICK ONE THANKS TO ME HELPING IT AND PREPAYING BEFOREHAND FOR IT´S PRODUCT. I HAVE A BIG ARCHIVE OF UNCOUNTABLE EMAILS FROM MAGICSTICK EXCUSING FOR THE DELAYS DURING ALMOST 5 YEARS AND EVEN A LOT OF EMAILS FROM OTHER PEOPLE SUPPORTING THE COMPANY WITHOUT EVER GETTING THE MAGICSTICK. EVERYTHING ARCHIVED. NO MATTER THE BAD MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY AND ALL IT´S WRONG DECISIONS OF CONTRACTING PARTNERS FAILING TO DELIVER OR IT´S MISCALCULATIONS IN IT´S TECNOLOGICAL NEEDS DURING THEIR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRODUCT. IF THE COMPANY HAD BEEN A DANISH ONE IT WOULD HAVE WENT BACKRUPT YEARS AGO FOR NOT DELIVERING IT´S PRODUCT AS PROMISED DUE TO THE FACT THAT IN DENMARK WE HAVE A LEGISLATION PROTECTING CONSUMER RIGHTS: WHEN A COMPANY RECEIVES PAYMENT FOR A PRODUCT PROMISING TO DELIVER WITHOUT DOING SO THE DANISH GOVERNMENTS CONSUMER COUNCIL CAN FORCE THE COMPANY TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITHIN REASONABLE TIME OR DECLARE THE DISOLUCION OF THE COMPANY AND PROHIBIT IT´S OWNERS TO CONTINUE WITH OTHER COMPANIES OR ESTABLISH NEW ONES DUE TO FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR. UNFORTUNATELY THE COMPANY IS (OR WAS REGISTRERED IN INDIA IN IT´S STARTUPDAYS) WHERE YOU DON´T HAVE THE SAME CONSUMER AND CLIENT RIGHTS PROTECTION BUILT IN THE LEGISLATION. WHICH MAGICSTICKONE IS EXPLOITING TO THE FULL. THIS IS A TREMENDOUS LACK OF ETHICS. THE COMPANY GOES ON PRETENDING VIA IT´S WEBSITE THAT IT IS SELLING IT´S PRODUCT WHICH SEEMS TO BE A SUCCES. AVOIDING TO COMPLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO HELPED IT GET ESTABLISHED FINANCIALLY IN THE VERY BEGINNING.
SO FEEL FREE TO PAY MAGICSTICK FOR IT´S PRODUCT, BUT DON´T EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAYED FOR. BESIDES NOW 5 YEARS AFTER THE INICIATION OF THE PRODUCT IT MUST BE VERY MUCH OUTDATED. WITHIN THE TECNOLOGY BRANCH AN INVENTION IS OUTDATED WITHIN MAXIMUM 2 YEARS, AND MAGICSTICK IS OVERRUN BY COMPETITORS. BUT I STILL FEEL DISAPPOINTED THAT MY ORDER NUMBER 866-541-4646 VIA INDIEGOGO FROM THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER 2015 STILL IS WAITING FOR THE MAGICSTICK THE COMPANY PROMISED TO DELIVER TO ME BUT NEVER DID. I SUPPOSE THAT YOU WILL SEE HERE AT TRUSTPILOT A RESPONSE TO MY UPDATED CRITICISM WITHIN SOME YEARS FROM NOW ACORDING TO THIS COMPANY´S BEHAVIOUR, POLICY AND MANAGEMENT OF IT´S CUSTOMERS.
THE MAGICSTICK COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. AND SADLY I HAVE STOPPED SUPPORTING OTHER INICIATIVES AND STARTUP COMPANIES VIA INDIEGOGO BECAUSE I CAN NOT RELY ON THEM THANKS TO MAGICSTICK.
