I will most certainly not be using this company again.
If you don't have a problem then ...
But if you need the after sales service then their level of communication is non-existant.
I had to send back the item (B&D cordless strimmer) under guarantee. After several calls to Maginea and now 1 month later I call B&D who inform me that Maginea could have given me a replacement but I am unable to speak to anyone at Maginea who will help me.
And I'm still without my strimmer.
