Not recommended - not at all up to standard

We bought this very expensive barbecue for our yacht as we heard it was the best and the design is attractive. We have the Newport model. But it does not heat up to high temperature and is not intuitive in use.
The assembly has been a nightmare as the fittings don’t work on gas bottles sold in Europe which has resulted in some dangerous situations. The advice from customer service to buy another fitting did not work either. Our friends who had bought an identical barbecue for their boat have exactly the same problems. The product simply does not live up to the standard for a product of this cost. Not recommended!
