Poor product, poor customer service. I'd rather chew my own leg off than deal with them again!
Ordered a rear diffuser and a spoiler extension.
Spoiler extension (marketed as their own) is.bought in from a decent looking company in Germany and marked up massively. They don't even repackage it!
The rear diffuser if of such poor quality it's laughable! And it's not even direct fit. Contacted them regarding a refund, told that they manual inspect everything and have NEVER had a negative review, and then when shown photos tell me "it doesn't matter you can't see those bits anyway"
It doesn't matter if it's visible or not! Poor quality is poor quality regardless! Add to that the 3.5 month wait when told 6 weeks and the absolutely extortionate shopping fees and all in all just a shocking experience.
I was wise enough to purchase with a credit card so currently going through a charge back.

We have identified your purchase. As we mentioned previously, we regret that you are not entirely happy with one of the products.
We are also sorry that the way you posted the review, you have not even mentioned the solutions we have proposed for you in order to make your shopping experience with us more pleasant. We cannot provide more information or guidelines regarding fitment because you did not provide us any pictures with fitting issues, despite us asking for those multiple times.
Still, we offered you multiple choices from our end:
- extra discount
- allowing to send back the product from the order that you did not like and we offered full refund for it
- keep the existing product and we would ship out a brand new one totally free of charge
We regret that none of the above was accepted by you. We simply cannot offer products to customers free of charge.
Simply doesn't fit
I was waiting 3 month for my lip kit for my Audi A3. When it finally arrived, it looked alright, i tried to put it on but it simply doesn't fit its to small for mounting on the original mounting points and in the description it says to glue it together in the tight places, which is not what i was expecting from a renowned tuning shop.

Do not use Magna Tuning!
After purchasing multiple products it took over 4 months for them to be shipped to me with no updates from Magna Tuning. One of them was damaged upon delivery after agreeing to replace the part I have now been waiting 5 months and once I requested a refund they have gone silent.
Do not shop through Magna Tuning, instead use CSR Automotive who are the actual manufacturer for most of the parts. They are far better to deal with.

We have sent you multiple emails to you on the subject and proposed solutions, there were indeed some delays because the shipping company needed time to process our official complain. We could not influence that unfortunately so we had to wait to their confirmation. Once the investigation finished we requested further details from you to proceed, at that point unfortunately your replies stopped.
Also please note that despite a very careful packing we always to on the products and even having the shipments fully insured, sometimes problems during shipment may still happen. We can proudly state that our company does a lot of extra work and care so that we can offer worldwide international shipping, which most of the other companies do not do at all, including the company you mentioned.
