Well I can't review the items that I ordered because they never arrived
I had to chase customer services so many times to find out what was happening it was ridiculous. The parcel never even left Germany, it sat in customs waiting on some paper work that they hadn't included....was told that it was on its way. But looking at DPD tracking it was then delivered to Magnetix...it never left the country. And they claimed that they didn't know where the order was. Had to ask fir a refund, it was not offered nor a replacement. The worst experience of trying to get an order recieved. Would not even consider buying from them again, as would have no confidence in their delivery and customer service follow up. Really poor

I ordered a ring through a UK agent/reseller because I had a swollen finger joint that I hoped could be helped by a Magnetix ring. Unfortunately the only way Magnetix recommend for working out the size of a ring us by measuring an old one. As I have never worn a ring on this finger, plus the fact that its joint is swollen, I couldn’t do that. So the agent’s upline recommended a thread around the finger and measure it to obtain the size. The ring that arrived was way too big, but they had a smaller one in stock so my ring was sent back (to Germany) for an exchange. My agent was then told that despite the fact that the ring had been returned within 14 days it had been on offer so no, they wouldn’t exchange it because they had changed the rules in June 2023 and we could either pay them £6.99 to get back or Magnetix Germany would “destroy it on our behalf”! There is nothing in the UK Ts&Cs that states this but they’ve git my money and they don’t care about laws - or customers.

Be careful, it is a scam

Magnet is weak. Been wearing a chakra for 5 days on my shirt near my shoulder and today found it had fallen off, searched my route repeatedly but no sign.

I had Carpel Tunnel for many years so since using a bracelet from Magnetix Wellness on 18th December 2022 it has vastly improved, with hardly any tingling, or numbness. I can not recommend them highly enough excellent product and company. Produces are very well made and high-quality material with two years guarantee.

I have suffered with bad migraines for c20yrs. Desperate to try anything to stop them, I purchased 2 bracelets from Magnetix Wellness in January. Over 3 months later and I'm still waiting for it to work...

However I want to make people aware that one of my bracelets started falling apart a month after wearing, so not great quality, especially for the price.

In addition, the company response to my defect product was quite frankly rude. Despite sending v clear photos of the piece of metal sticking out from the bracelet and scratching/hurting my arm, Magnetix refused to refund or partially refund. They would only consider a replacement IF I sent it back to them, at my cost, to Germany. I did point out we are in the midst of a Global Pandemic and the UK govt say we can only leave our homes for exercise/food/medicine, they simply did not care and told me I had to post it back. I found such a dismissive attitude, from a supposedly wellness company shocking.

If you want to try magnetic jewellery for migraine treatment, try an alternative company.
