Placed an order four days ago for a razor and no information about when it will be delivered.. have called twice , no answer just a voice mail, which I left messages that have not been replied to ... also emailed with no response..
I don't mind waiting for an order, but no information or update when to expect is unacceptable ..
Bought a few items including an OMEGA shave brush. the shave brush broke apart after the first use so I sent an email with clear photos of the issue. NO REPLY. Forwarded the email 5 times and still NO REPLY.
