Didn't turn up. Ignoring my calls. Bad communication

I booked a professional end of tenancy clean with MaidsLondon for Saturday 21st May 2016 as they were cheap and wanted to see if they were any good (I am an estate agent looking for cleaning contractors) and they didnt turn up. They didnt even call me to explain. When I found out, I called their office but it looks like they have noone there at weekends. I called on Monday morning to find out what happened. The chap in the office had no idea it hadn't gone ahead. He said he would find out what happened and called me back. No call back by 5pm on Monday. I am still chasing, no answer on their phones...
