The "its not free" review is spam

The "its not free" review is spam. It is free.

Only complain is it does not really tell you how GMAIL threats your emails. Like you could have sent out some mass mailings a few years ago and Google may still see your email address as spam and not show it to other gmail users as I just noticed when I sent myself an email from some other old gmail acc. This service showed that address as fine but its not.

Mail Tester was more accurate when it was free

I have been using Mail Tester every day for the last 4 1/2 years. Mail Tester was 1000x more accurate and helpful when it was free. Now, half the time it won't even load a response and it crashes at least once a week. I'm not sure what changed after making it a paid service but the quality of the product has fallen very very far from what it used to be. I've told my company we should just use the money for something better.

Great

Great. Mail-tester helped me sort out some problems with the DNS records on my email server.

Do not make decisions based on this.

We have 3 locations, from each we have done tests after tests, the results are never the same. In Paris I get 6.5/ 10 in Bucharest we get 10/10 and in Manila we get 9.5/ 10 We are not using vpn . Based on this we hired 2 companies at 2 different times to help upgrade/ clean up the worthiness of our url. Bottom line there is no consistency and reliability on this one and it drove us to make poor decisions. At the beginning, 2 years ago, we said WOW!! but now, when we see our url still still in red even with our regular clients, we know that this software is not something to rely and make decisions on. Sadly to find this out!!

It is a good tool to check the…

It is a good tool to check the spamminess of your email, and that's all. I would wish some features found in other tools like EmailChecky.com, which check way more than just the spam score.

Highly recommended for anyone with mail issues

Awesome utility to check your email implementation. Very easy to use by simply sending a mail to a special address and wait for the results. They provide thorough reports about all parts of your mailing that impact successful delivery.
