I have uninstalled Mailbutler because it does not function as advertised. Email tracking is unreliable and, contrary to their claims, it does not track emails sent from my Apple account configured in Outlook. The app claims to track emails sent from Outlook with my Outlook address but no notification is received when the email is opened. When the same email is sent to the same address from Apple Mail and opened, an opening notification is received. The support team appears uninterested in resolving the issue but is keen to retain my subscription. I decline.

I tried this for both Outlook and Gmail and neither worked. When I sent test emails and opened them myself they were showing as unopened.

Really disappointed.
Forgot to cancel yearly renew. Asked to cancel and make refund (1 month later) and they said they won’t refund even if I won’t use it during the next 11 months. Not a good way to treat customers. I was their customer for several years.

This app I got zero support, I sent several emails with my issues and got nothing. I also then found clients emails were not getting through and instead going to some outlook address that is not mine. So I am sorry to say I have gone from being excited about the offering to hugely annoyed and disappointed in the function.
As for the email signature offering it is rigid and limited to the styles given by them. I cold not get their html part to work and again emailed about this... I cannot myself recommend this and immediately canceled my subscription.

Mailbutler is an outstanding product that has helped me immensely with the mass of emails I have to deal with daily. I highly recommend this extension and service.

App is broken, regularly blocks emails from Mac Mail App. No customer service / support whatsoever. Suggest you look at another product.

What seriously corny 5 star reviews.. no doubt bought and paid for.. Mailbutler has been broken for some time, it was a great app but something went badly wrong at that company.

Mailbutler is the best. Sending email and not knowing it the email arrived or if it was opened adds to the chaos of email. With Mailbutler you relax knowing that you are in control of your email. I'm a mortgage broker, and it's essential in my business to know when & how my mail is opened. Everything works like a Swiss watch for email tracking. There are more features that I have not even tried yet, like custom signatures. The soft itself is great, but the "biggest secret" of the Mailbutler is their customer service! Any questions or concerns get immediate attention, and customer support never gives up until the issue or question is solved. I'm sold!

This product made creating templates so easy and made my emails very professional. Wonderful product for processing a large volume of emails.

I have used Mailbutler since 2016 and found it to be reliable and easy to use. It is worth every penny to have the Undo Send option available on my Mac; you can set that option for a delay of 10 to 30 seconds and I find that invaluable--I use it all the time. I especially like that a small popup window appears giving one the option to send immediately or recall the email and make changes--it is unobtrusive but noticeable (I find the Gmail "undo" is a little too subtle).

Upon rare occasion when I have had a problem due to an update or compatibility issue Mailbutler's customer service has been beyond compare. Their representatives are knowledgeable, patient and very responsive; recently, I emailed on a Saturday afternoon and had a reply (and a solution) Sunday morning.

Based on this last interaction with the company alone I cannot say enough good things about the product and their staff--so easy to work with their service folks and the quality of their customer care reflects the quality of their product.

I am not a power emailer and don't need many of the features this app offers but those that I do use make a huge difference. I highly recommend this app.

I signed up for Mailbutler primarily for tracking emails. Unfortuantely, it is unreliable.

Just yesterday, I had several clients say that they were unable to open links that I'd emailed. These were time-sensitive videos sent out for review.

I also heard from 3 other clients that they were unable to open links to proposals that I had sent them earlier.

I spent several hours tracking down this problem.

This is just one of several issues I've had over the past year or two.

As an early adopter, I'm using Mailbutler for more than five years. The program includes many great features such as "Send Later", "Email Tracking" and many more. With the new AI features, Mailbutler has become a superior program. I can recommend it to everyone - light and heavy users of emails. Mailbutler has definitely made me and my team much more productive.

Great productivity tool! I use the E-Mail Tracking and the Send Later function every day.

Mailbutler is an incredible, all-in-one mailbox for Apple Mail. It turns Apple Mail into what it SHOULD be plus a lot more. It seamlessly integrates with the mail program and provides additional tools. My favorites are snoozing e-mails for later, signature creation, and e-mail tracking. It continues to grow in tool features based on user requests and I absolutely love it!

Its a cool and proffesional gadget when you work often with Mails. The Info that the mail you send is open from the Adress , is really a great thing. Is in the apple mail without mailbutller no go. And the other great thing is that can you send your mail on a fix time in the future.
Good for Business, when you work sometimes in the evening...
