THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
They advertise good reviews for you to think it’s a legit website. I still haven’t received my package since 1/10/20. Every time I tracked my order it wasn’t even shipped. The email to customer service is also a scam. You can’t get trough to anyone. I took $117 lost with this and still haven’t received my package. Today is 4/1/20.

May god be with whoever is behind this.

Maincan is a total scam. Their clothing is of the sh*ttiest quality and they are virtually impossible to return to. They will offer a 30% refund with you keeping the item, but you never receive the refund.

If you bought the item on a credit card (not VISA or Mastercard endorsed debit), just file a dispute for fraud. Good credit card companies like Discover or Capital One will refund you and then deal with the issue.

AVOID MAINCAN AT ALL COSTS!!!

worst company soooooooo mad ordered in Nov ist its jan 21 an no item but got charged for item as soo. as I ordered it . but no email of order shipped or nothing. on dec get emailed after I reached out on status they said order item out of stock to pick new item do I did and still no confir.atui. and no details it's been sent . their website cant tech customer service cause theira no link asked to put verification vide but does not accept so u cant even move from screen no phone to call and no tracking or cant cancel order what a crap I'm pised I normally dont write reviews but this is pissing me off f site

The most terrible shopping experience I have ever encountered! I ordered three items and only one arrived in the wrong color and poorly made from the cheapest material they could find. I would have had to pay to return to China even though they messed up the order and paypal denied my claim. The other two items never arrived and I had to go back and forth 18 times via email, because there is no customer service number, before the finally refunded a portion of my order!

This company is a scam.
Ordered a jacket 2 months ago.
It hasn’t arrived.
It will never arrive.
There is no customer service .
They have no social media channels.
‘Maincan’ is a fraudulent company.
Please do not fall into the trap of buying anything.
Spend your money at legitimate retailers.

Ordered a coat. They pretend that they sell high quality clothing. Like the coat I ordered. On the picture it looked like a woolen coat. But in fact you get very cheap felt with a print on it. And the size is to small even when you order two sizes bigger. Even my €2,50 blanket was better quality. And then comes the customer service, which is the worst one I have ever dealt with. They just don’t want to understand the issue and try to give you a coupon to spend even more in their store. First they want to give you the coupon and say keep the product, then they want you to give away the product and get the coupon, and last but not least they finally say okay return it, but you have to pay so sent it back. Which basically is almost the price of the jacket. Unbelievable! Chatting with them is just a terrible experience and get you mad all the time cause they do not understand. So... NEVER BUY HERE! Quality is way below average, it takes 1,5 month to get it, and if you complain... well they already got their money so they don’t care...

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is the first company that made me so mad I left a review . Will never shop or recommend anyone to waste their money here.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! As the others said they are stealing everyone's money. I am almost 3 MONTHS in; waiting on my Refund and they are giving me the run around. It takes forever to receive your package and now they are not providing me a contact number......SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!

I really wish I could give NO STARS! Please DO NOT order from this company! 2 1/2 months and I still have not received my order, or a refund. They are stealing money in hopes that you won’t notice.

Horrible customer service. I requested a refund after never receiving the product I ordered. I have been going back and forth with their "customer service" since 10/23/19 - over 30 emails. They continually send back the same response and have yet to issue a refund OR offer to replace the product. I would NOT buy anything through this site unless you are OK with the risk of wasting your money.

I bought a jacket at Maincan but the jacket that i received was not the same color that on website. I send a pictures but they dont let me yo return that. They offered me a discount and they told me that i could keep the jacket with me and use when i have a birthday, for a friend, etc. Their customer department is horrible... Take care!!!

I wish I could give less than a one star review I have read other reviews and sums up my experience it's been 3 mnths I still havent got any items I ordered def a scam I hate this company

I ordered three items from this company... Six weeks later, I received one item, very poor quality with an awful finishing. Looks absolutely nothing like the advertised product and I could never wear it, talk more of giving it out even to Charity shops. Since then all attempts to contact the company or get back the missing two items have proved futile. Just email after email correspondence with different people everyday with no lead way. I spent $100 and will never be able to get my refund back. As far as I am concerned, the entire company is just a SCAM!!!

Terrible clothes and terrible quality a waste of money.

Crap!
I bought two items, and it took almost a month to arrive, that's ok, but then, the size and the quality were not at all as i was expecting.
I did contact the returns service to know how could I send the items back and get my money refund, and after TEN different emails from TEN different people, I still don't have any useful answer.
This is a non serious company, just a waste of time and money.

I ordered two garments online, realising they were intentionally made. That wasn’t the issue. I waited almost two months for the delivery, and once they had arrived...they quality was god awful.
It seemed that the garments I had received, were custom made, and looked nothing like what I had ordered. The fabric was cheap, definitely don’t trust this company.
There’s no way of returning said goods which were a complete waste of money. I will never wear either, and do not rate this company whatsoever.
