Worked for Mainstay Recruitment Coventry branch since I got my HGV Class 1 Licence last year. Staff are great and looked after me always. Big thanks to Woody, Josh, Sam and all for your support.

I mainly deal with Sam and Josh and they are top recruiters. Alaways looking after me always positive and always willing to help. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommended agency.

I would like to recognize Rachael for her help and support in the last few weeks while I was facing redundancy. Unlike a lot of recruiters, Rachael took the time to understand my situation and she put me forward for an opportunity that matched my experience. We use Mainstay for our driver when off sick or holiday cover and they always help find us cover, sometimes at short notice, Tim is always a great help in doing this very professional

We have had a long standing relationship with Mainstay with our Pallet Network business.

Disgraceful. Awful experience and a pack of lies. Avoid using this agency. Anil Kutthan of Mainstream is incompetent and I agree with others they are aggressive, he was more concerned about the ethnic background of the drunk paramedic who attacked me, and they will also make things up as he goes along. Applied for a service desk through CV-library role at Microland and providing support to "LincoInshire council." You will first have an interview with Microland and then with Serco (if you manage to get an interview as it will get cancelled), managers are also off on sick leave.

Check the reviews regarding Microland. They are not positive and promising.

Paul of Serco does not seem to understand the way the council devices are set up. Very strange that a manager who is responsible for such settings are in charge. Were Serco responsible for that broken NHS App ?

Role is not as advertised. SC clearance is not a requirement for the role which is not stated anywhere.

Avoid these liars, Microland and their partner Serco is not an employer to work for. Awful salary.

Always apply for roles and check the negative reviews, it speaks volumes, as they will mislead you thinking that you have a role, understand to play ball by playing along. They will also say one thing and then say something else entirely. The responsiveness is awful from Mainstay. There was constant unreasonable delay.

Overall, extremely negative experience. Just terrible. I would not recommend these lot as an employer or as a service provider. I definitely won't be applying there ever again.

Ensure you ask plenty of questions to find out exactly what this because the incompetently job specification was briefly written with no written explanation that this job requires what was said in the interview. Considering these managers have got nothing better to do ?
