I really wanted the preserved roses in a square box. I think it would have looked a lot better. You are out of stock on the square boxes and the rep didn’t think that you were getting any more. This is very disappointing.

Truly the best service I’ve gotten in years. They worked with me to deliver flowers exactly when needed in order to not ruin an engagement. They updated me every step of the way even when I ordered only an hour before I needed the delivery and were so kind and helpful! So grateful and highly recommend!!

Got them and they were beautiful and unfortunately were dead by day 4 reached out to the company. After spending 235$ on roses was offered 25$ credit. Sorry but grocery store roses are 12-20 and last over a week. Wish they would have just remade them. Would have gotten a loyal customer. So if you’re ok with the roses only lasting less than 4 days and they are the most expensive shop in the area buy them. I buy roses weekly just trying to find the best ones this was a flop I had high hopes tho.
They continue to say that I didn’t contact them. My aunt passed away and I have been in mourning I let them know this.

We have a store policy and it is a 24 hours to report any issues that arise. You contacted the store 7 days after the delivery. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Flowers are both delicate and perishable. We thank you for your order.
