service was very efficient and quick, very happy

Issues with my door soon after their engineer left. I've contacted them several times and no movement on their side. I paid their invoice straight away almost £1000. Now they are radio silence and not fixing the issue. If they can't fix the issue i want my money back. Very disappointed. Be very careful when choosing businesses to fixed your glass door. They may seems as if they know what they are doing. They may not . Gabriella Sandham

Follow up on this case their colleague did in the end came to fixed the problem with door. But he didn't seems happy. After care is very important with jobs like these and so much money been paid out for a job which is delicate say the least. The door now works and that i can confirm have been put right

What lifesavers - 9pm I called them out and they turned up within 45mins. For me without them coming - l would have had to shut my business of which would have cost me so much money. Totally grateful, amazing response, totally reasonable cost for a late night call. Thank you, would highly recommend.

Amazing review found on Google for an emergency shopfront glass replacement, measured and fitted within 7 hours on a Saturday, I called a few company's and majestic were by farthe cheapest. Thanks to Nick, Mark, Amy and all the team, will definitely be using you again 👍

Called Majestic Shopfronts on Saturday 15th June and they booked in to repair our shop front door the very next day. Aimee was very helpful and kept us informed of everything, including when they were due to arrive. The workmen that she sent to mend our door were excellent. Very thorough and had all of the components on their vehicle to complete the work. We will definitely use this company again if you need them.

Very professional and fast service.
Once job was completed photos and videos of before and after were sent. You could also see the engineers were professionally dressed to attend site with hi-vis vest which is what is required when working on certain sites.
Would definitely recommend them!!

What amazing service! From initial phone call to completion of work, just over 1.5 hours and the shutter was fixed so the premises could open. Would highly recommend this firm. All staff very polite and competent with minimum fuss to complete the work.

I wish I could leave 10 stars !!! Amy and her colleagues have been amazing. I was in need for someone to help with my shutters as it completely broke and was hanging down. Amy came to my aid in less than 24 hours. Thank you sooooo much I would highly recommend them they are the best 🥰

Today I was stuck, I called a company yesterday and the could even be bothered to call back. This company are on the ball. Not only speak to me within a few minutes, engineers onsite and a new motor fitted. Excellent service. I will give this company the highest recommendation. Thank you Daniele for your help

Really helpful, honest and quick service.

I found them on Google search. Texted and send video of the broken door to two different company. After 2 minutes Majestic Shopfront 24/7 phone number responded and quote me and send two engineers to fix our shop door. They were so professional and polite. I surprised how quick they were able to fix and do a proper job. What surprised me was that they were fixing the door in front me but then I received an update and video of my door from WhatsApp giving me an update about the process. They have done a great job. I can recommend everyone who needs shopfront related issues. Keep it up and thanks a lot. Chad

We had a problem with our door hinges and the doors were not closing. Communication between the office and the engineers was very good, who turned up about 1.75 hours from the time we rang after finishing another job. Efficient engineers meant we could close the doors. Would use them again
