I was delighted with my latest Makebox. The ideas involved in creating such a package are priceless and do not equate to the basic cost of the raw materials. For me, having access to such inspirational designs and everything together in one box with clear instructions on how to proceed is invaluable and cannot be measured in terms of the basic price of the contents. Well done Makebox for your consistent creativity and beautiful projects.

I was extremely pleased with my Makebox (candle making), you can tell that they put an awful lot of effort and thought into everything they do. I think they offer good value for money when you take into consideration the inspiration and time it must take to put these together (you're not just paying for raw materials - my candle making kit came with a detailed step-by-step instruction booklet, complete with photos of each stage which clearly all takes time to produce). What I love about this company is the personal touch they offer and wish them all the success in the world. I would highly recommend, indeed I already have to several friends.

I subscribed on a whim during lockdown as I fancied having a crack at embroidery, and frankly forgot to cancel the subscription. I'm so glad I did! I've since received not only the embroidery box I wanted, but a whole range of crafts to try - lino printing, candle making, cross stitch, crochet, rope weaving..

The instructions are usually very clear, and the materials/tools provided are of good quality. You really only need to provide your own pencil & scissors; everything else is included in the boxes. In today's permanently switched-on digital world, it's so nice to relax for a day actually creating something tangible with your hands. And even if the end product isn't quite perfect, it doesn't matter as it's uniquely yours and the sense of achievement is well worth it!

The Makebox team are brilliant too - they're active & responsive on the facebook group, and if there are any issues or you want to swap your monthly box a quick email is all it takes to sort things out.

I'd absolutely recommend Makebox to anyone who wants to try a new craft but doesn't know where to start; who knows, it could be the beginning of a lifelong hobby!

I LOVE Makebox. I bought boxes one at a time for almost 18m then took the plunge and subscribed. It is a joy to receive a beautifully put together box containing all you need to make a gorgeous gift for your own home or someone else. I would wholeheartedly recommend you try them! Customer service is second to none, they go out of their way to help if, on the rare occasion they are needed.

I love these boxes. I’ve been getting them for about a year and a half and the different crafts they have done are great.
The customer services team is fantastic and so helpful. They’re contactable on an online chat and answer emails really quickly. You can skip boxes you don’t want or swap them for a different one so it’s really flexible. You can also pause your subscription if you need a break.
The makebox community on Facebook is a great place for tips and sharing your completed projects.
The only problem I have is trying to find the time to do all the boxes 😂😂

I love Makebox. I’ve tried and fallen in love with new crafts that I wouldn’t have tried if it wasn’t for Makebox. A personal, caring company, with a really friendly, supportive community of fellow crafters. Also interactive with crafting surgeries and great, super responsive customer service. It’s so exciting receiving my monthly box and opening it to find the goodies, and everything I need is included, so I have gathered lots of craft supplies for use on other projects, such as cutting mats, glue guns and embroidery threads.

Brilliant craft box! I’ve tried so many new crafts since being a subscriber which I love! The quality of the materials and the instructions are excellent. If there are any queries, questions or problems the customer service is outstanding!

Really look forward to receiving my Makebox Subscription each month, it has helped me to move from wanting to craft to actually doing it! I especially like the high quality of the materials, the originality of the boxes, the step by step glossy full colour instructions booklet and often accompanying videos too. Love the variety of different crafts and the surprise element each month when new boxes announced. Makebox have fabulous customer service and are very friendly and approachable.

I've had two boxes from Makebox both of which have been wonderful. Beautifully curated and a real touch of customer care from this small family run business. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

This company is excellent. They create beautiful craft boxes that are easy to follow, and they have amazing customer service. Anytime there has been a problem, they’ve sorted it no questions asked! Can’t fault them, they’re the best craft box around

Love my boxes arriving every month, everything in them is the highest quality and the instructions so easy to follow. On the occasions I have had an issue or query that have been resolved so quickly (even at the weekend)

I’ve been a subscriber with Makebox from the beginning and have always experienced excellent customer service and the boxes are just lovely. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every box I’ve had and learned quite a few skills along the way. If you’re crafty or looking for a hobby then don’t hesitate, dive in and learn a new craft.

I love crafts of any kind but have often never had the nerve to try them. With MakeBox I get to have a go at so many different crafts. Not only that, they are a super personal company where you really get to know the people behind the brand. I feel that they have helped my mental health throughout the whole of the last year. I can’t speak strongly enough of how awesome they are.
