First class service from beginning to End. Nigel was really helpful coming out to measure and keeping us up to date the whole way through the process and Joe has to be a best kitchen I have ever come across and was very quick, everything was done perfectly and absolute precision. I would recommend anyone to use Make kitchens

Purchased a Kitchen from Make almost 20 years ago and both Kicthen and fitting were excellent..
Due to this we went back to Make for a new Kitchen..Nigel was excellent throughout from our first tentative visit to the Showroom, right through to going outta of way to bring items on the week of fitting in his own time..First class customer service...Joe was excellent at fitting the kitchen..Couldn't have hoped for a better Fitter/tradesman, a brilliant specialist in his field.. Meticulous throughout...👍👏

Gary had stated when he first looked at the job that he would make a new frame to take the larder door which he did, the new door to match the units was very different from the one that had been there, Gary went beyond to finish the job perfectly, he even returned after the painter and decorator had finished to rehang a couple of doors that had to be removed for painting to be completed….I really appreciated this…

Very disappointed in the service provided. Lack of coordination meant we had to do more ourselves to engage and manage installation. The fitter appointed by Make has failed to return to make good a broken bracket or marks on a cupboard door. The salesman was excellent but once the money was handed over there was zero follow up or interest despite informing Make Kitchens of significant problems.

We got a kitchen replacement from Make kitchens, we got Nigel out to design are kitchen , first class designer who knows his trade . Also he ordered are kitchen, and organised the kitchen fitter to call out with us ,then we got a date for delivery and fitting . The fitter was Joe ,has to be one of the best kitchen fitters I have seen and a very tidy worker. Have to say I would highly recommend Make kitchens.

The favourite line was "that's the way we do it." I did not employ them do do what they wanted but to do what I wanted. Quality of kitchen poor the installation not worth rating, they don't install anything but units so you have to source plumber and electrician which adds cost. They do not make kitchens but source units and with only a 2 year guarantee. If I had do over would have used different company to source units and appliances or a proper kitchen install company. I didn't even bother to ring them when bits fell of units.

Make kitchens is a take on. Three years on and its still not finnished. After so many complications they offer a night in a hotel in belfast to try make it right.. What a joke off a buisness...

We were in the market for sliderobes and went along to Make Kitchens to see what they had on offer. After speaking to Brendan who explained in detail all our options and answer all our questions, we made the decision to go with them. Brendan then ran through the procedure from start of order to installation. James (Fitter) did an excellent job and was so tidy you wouldn't have known he was there. We were very pleased with the result. Infact we were so pleased we ordered a second one for another room. Once again James did an excellent job. I would recommend this company as I found the whole customer experience excellent from start to finish.

I have just had my new kitchen installed from Make Kitchens. A big thank you to Michael Bannon for all his help with advice and design. The installation team was led by Peter and Jamie who done an excellent job removing the old kitchen, preparing and fitting the new kitchen and overseeing the whole project from start to finish.They supplied and coordinated all the expert tradesmen required and I was able to use my own preferred tilers.The plasters Gerry and Rory were absolutely brilliant, so efficient and tidy and I would highly recommend them. Plummer Connor and Electrician Gavin were highly skilled tradesmen who were more than happy to advise and update on other plumbing and electrical areas in my home. The Quartz worktops and splash backs were supplied and fitted by Lamont Stone and again another excellent and timely job. The whole process was very professional and stress free thanks to Peter and Jamie.I also found Make Kitchens very competitive in comparison with other kitchen installers I had researched.

Couldn't have been more helpful. I felt like I was really being listened to, and all ideas were shown to me before the final design was decided.
I needed a full kitchen refurb as I have an old house, and the fitter Gareth had a whole team ready to do everything, from plastering to electrics and plumbing, they were clean, tidy and respectful and worked as quickly as they were able so that I wasn't without a kitchen for too long. They also kept me informed of everything they were doing so I felt very involved.
I can't recommend them enough. Thank you all for everything :)

Pensioner mother recently purchased a kitchen from Make. 1st negative was the fitter trying to get her to pay £2,500 for removal and fitting of kitchen and appliances which were all going back to exactly the same locations. A local builder charged less that a grand for the same work. Kitchen was supplied by Make kitchens without screws. When mum commented she was told well our fitter would have had his own screws. 2nd was that the wrong colour sink was supplied by Make to cut a long story short I was basically told by the manager that if a sales person makes a mistake then they have to cover it out of their own pocket which sounds fine. BUT when pushed he said the sales person has to voluntarily admit the mistake and willingly pay for it. When I said that makes it very unlikely they would admit to it I was told by the manager "well its your word against theirs". So basically tough. They weren't willing to replace the sink and never admitted their mistake or apologised for the upset caused.
She ended up getting a few pound compensation. 3rd they supplied an extra end panel and length of splashback and when she asked for them to collect and refund they didn't want to know. So she has paid extra for unnecessary parts.
Best advice is beware, and check everything is correct.

Don't buy the appliances - there is cover with small prints and Make Kitchen reception does not support!!!!
we have Kitchen design and installation with the help of Nigel. we got the good design and support from Nigel. As per the advise, we bought al the appliances from Make Kitchen however we have not received any documentation and no support rather aggressive behaviour from the reception. Money already paid :)
I would advise if you are using the make Kitchen for the kitchen just use them for the kitchen cabinets not for the appliances. they ask the full money before the installation and once you pay there is no customer service from the help desk. I do have the emails (proofs) and pictures sent but there is no answer for long time.

Love my new kitchen from Make.Michael was more than helpful and Ryan was a brilliant fitter.had to replace a door and he returned immediately.a little breakdown in communication was handled professionaly and promptly by michael.no stress.couldnt be happier.

Our kitchen replacement project had a few initial issues as a result of an incorrect measurement problem. However Gary the fitter dealt with them in a very professional manner and provided solutions which resulted in a kitchen which fully complied with our requirements. Gary was very hardworking, enthusiastic, well mannered and used his initiative to solve any issues which occurred and we were very pleased with the finished kitchen. We would highly recommend Gary and his hardworking colleagues Sean and Ryan. Gary is an asset to Make Kitchens.

From start to finish a great service that all fell into place nicely, Firstly Nigel drew up my plans to what i needed then gave me the date for delivery and fitting, On the day of delivery Gary the fitter phoned to see if he could come and start fitting that day which obviously is a bonus as he wasn't to arrive until the next day, Gary done an excellent job at which i was very pleased, one word of advice tho... Don't let Gary use your Alexa he plays some awful music and he thinks he can sing and every song he hears he says "thats a great song" lol , anyway then i was disappointed that there was one door missing and going by the reviews i had read i was going to be waiting for ages on a new one but ! Nigel actually arrived 2 days later and on a Saturday evening to fit it, so i'm really happy with the company, the staff and the service, would really recommend Make Kitchen's !!!!

had high expectations when first visited the showroom, very poor after sales, work not finished properly, design flaws, which should have been noticed when survey was carried out, no survey carried out after job completed very disappointed with the final outcome will now have to engage another company to rectify the faults

I have read the reviews left by others and I'm absolutely dumbfounded by them. My experience with Make Kitchens has been absolutely amazing from the start of the sales process to the kitchen being fitted and installed.

When we first went in to the sales room we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly receptionist and other sales reps.

We were shown various kitchens and were sat down to walk through exactly what we wanted in our kitchen and the budget we had set aside for this.

Nothing was too much of a hassle for them. Everything we wanted, right down to the interior of the cupboards and a specialised larder, was catered for with ease and professionalism and always done with a smile.

We had our two children in with us at the time and the staff had all the time in the world for them and were helping to keep them busy whilst assisting us with our choices.

We were gave a time scale as to when the kitchen might be delivered and we were absolutely delighted to find it would be delivered sooner than expected. It was fitted within a day and a half and the kitchen was absolutely spotless after the fitter had left.

The kitchen itself is better than we could have expected it to be and we are absolutely delighted with it.

All in all we had an unbelievable experience with Make Kitchens. Professional, Friendly and they can't do enough for you.

Would be more than happy to recommend them to family and friends and have subsequently done so.

Absolutely fantastic experience and will definitely use again.

I JUST HAD A REFURB DONE FROM MAKE KITCHENS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE BRILLIANT AT WHAT THEY DO. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY HAD A GREAT RANGE OF DOOR STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM MY DESIGNER MICHAEL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE EVERYTHING EASY FROM START TO FINISH, THE FITTING OF MY REFURB WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY QUICK WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THEM.

The quality of the units seems fine, but the help with the design is very lacking! You need to really know what exactly you want in design and the practicalities of it.

I have a large induction & Gas AEG hob, but they did not advise that it needs room for a ventilation system underneath - AEG advised me of this. The fitters had to cut a hole for the gas connection that should have been done in the factory.

All the doors are slightly misaligned maybe 1mm-2mm but noticeable, and when you look at the doors straight on, you can see the colour of the cupboard behind. Where the built in double oven and microwave are, you can clearly see the cream coloured cupboard beyond it - you wouldn't get this with the like of Robinsons! Then again you would spend more.

I have a complete corner over the fridge where there is no cupboard and the whole thing looks bitty and unconnected in a design sense. There was no suggestion at the the time about what might improve the look of the design, in fact I wanted a small fly over shelf where the sink is, but they scoffed at that saying it wasn't the way things are done now. However that would have brought the look together. I fear their designers may be OK at CAD and the measurements, etc, but just have no clue about what looks right.

I wanted the cupboards to go quite high to the ceiling, which I got OK, but they did not tell me that this would be at the expense of them being set too high for me to reach - I am 5 foot tall and now can only reach the bottom shelf without steps. The three runs of wall units were all set at different heights by the fitters, who returned and repositioned one, but not the third as they said it was only minimally out. May not matter, but I am thinking of getting a small shelf at the top joining all three to improve the look and it may matter then.

I also got a large unit to hold a built in cooker, microwave, and it just looks so huge sticking out of the wall, that I didn't expect from the visual picture they provided.

The finish we chose for the bottom units was a grey satin finish - extremely hard to clean and they hold onto streaks - wasn't advised of this by Make. I phoned and the receptionist said we should have got a spray with the kitchen to help prime it; phoned another day to arrange collection and a different receptionist [I presume] never heard of it, even though the manager mentioned it first time. She was actually quite cheeky saying i could buy it in a shop [if I knew what it was] and made exclamations to clearly let me know she was quite exasperated - [they had my money by then so pleasantries were redundant]. Just hope this helps and someone else will learn from my mistakes!
A couple of tips I would have - go to an upmarket designer and get some ideas for a nice design initially, if you can. They will not give you the actual plans unless you pay I suppose [Make charged a deposit of about £500, if I remember], but it may give you an idea of a good design you like. Also, mark out on your walls and floor where the cupboards are and their sizes to give you a better idea of how it will look and the proportions/height it will have in your kitchen, in case it is too overwhelming.
