Very good personal follow up on a shipment that was delayed by PostNord. The fact that PostNord currently has some problems causing delays does in no way reflect upon the good people at makersupplies.dk.

My experience with this shop and its owner has been outstanding. I ordered a custom sized kit, and Mr. Martin was more than helpful with answering my stupid questions. The kit came on time with everything perfectly packaged in separate plastic bags and boxes that made organising the assembly very easy.
While setting up the machine I had a lot of questions and Mr. Martin was super helpful!
Overall, I can't recommend them enough!

Martin has gone out of his way to help me on a full build kit on a Lead Screw CNC.

I could have got it here in Barcelona and in France but Barcelona was not interested and the French guy has a poor record on OpenBuilds despite a keen price. That put me off, when you are dealing with something as precise as a CNC you need the service to be the same.

I was somewhat worried I would not be able to get my CNC but Martin's company MakerSupplies was able to make it happen.

I contacted Martin probably 30 times over the last couple of weeks and nothing was a problem, in perfect english he explained to me in precise detail what was needed knowing that I did not have anywhere near his experience and even suggested a change which would not cost me very much but gave me a much better sized machine which I have taken him up on with the additional discounts Black Friday was able to offer.

As of 3 December 2019 it's all been ordered and I'm now waiting on delivery in about a week, will update later but in the meantime I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Martins attention to detail is great and if you have any concerns I recommend you take a look at his build diaries on OpenBuilds so you understand the people you are dealing with.

With Brexit looming I was not going to take a chance with Ooznest in the UK, I know they are good but I needed to know if I have problems or need bits that I can get them from a European official dealer without any problems with customs.
