Scam

Fake site, don’t order from them, goods don’t come, never answer e-mails, had the audacity to call order no MUG I certainly was that. Contacted bank to cancel payment staying a SCAM site have to wait 15 days before bank can investigate the payment as fraud and possible refund, luckily payment was only for amount of £34.99, cancelled debit card immediately

If I could rate this a zero star I…

If I could rate this a zero star I would! They ripped me off by sending fake makeup, the makeup was supposed to be urban decay and it turned out to be a knock off made in China, smelled terrible and some of the packaging was broken! These people should be held accountable!!!

Fake products

Sent me a very obvious and very low quality fake Huda Beauty palette. Smelled terrible and the colour names didn’t even match the real thing.

It’s a scam website

It’s a scam website. Bought items from them in early December. They never shipped them. They sent fake tracking information 2 weeks ago that shows items permanently going back and forth in Missouri. No one ever responds to customer service inquiries on the site or email. Their socials are fake. Just trying to get my bank to investigate it as fraud now. Feel dumb. Please don’t fall for this site like I did.

I ordered a few items from makeup Geek…

I ordered a few items from makeup Geek . I live in the UK. After ordering , I read the reviews and was scared. I thought I lost my money and there was no customer service to contact but I got all my items. I like them . You can order with peace of mind.

Very very bad expérience

dismal customer service ... does not respond to multiple emails sent. I placed an order on April 22, the package was blocked and then automatically returned to makeupgeek. Since then I have had to beat him to get my order refunded. it's a joke

I am always very sensitive about my makeup products but I am happy that I bought makeup from a makeup geek. They delivered AMAZING products with a free gift which made me so happy! Looking forward to buying again from you people soon!

Good experience

I have found their customer service to be prompt, helpful and polite. The one time I received the wrong item they rectified the situation immediately and sent me the correct item. The products are good quality and I am very happy with them. There are significant shipping delays and lack of tracking information at times (I’m located in Canada) but this is not their fault. This is a company I trust and would recommend to my friends.

Order got lost in the snow

My original MG order got lost in the snow during the week long storm here in the south. Customer service frequently checked on the status of my order until it was declared MIA. A new order was shipped out immediately arriving within the normal time span. MG deserves this 5 star rating for not only their customer service but for their products as well. I'll remain a customer.

Great customer service

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've had great customer service so far (ordered a few times from them). They respond to my emails within minutes with a resolution and respond very professionally.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no package came, only half of the money refunded, trying to blame me despite it never came even to my city, based on the tracking. Service lady is unfriendly and speaks to you like she's doing you a favor by answering. After me offering to check if the carrier is missing some contacts in order to do customs clearance, she said: "we can't go and deal with each post office!" Such a busy people should not have customers! Don't buy here! They returned me only 43$ after I actually paid 89! >_<

No package came

Was excited to finally test this brand but months past and no order arrived. Contacted costumer service and they said it might still arrive and that I should wait. The costumer service with this brand is so bad. Save you money!

Worst experience I have ever had.

Honestly the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. The product itself is great, but the customer service at this company leaves A LOT to be desired. After fumbling my order, I was told by Sandra, the COO of the company, that I would have to pay an extra fee to receive my order or it would be canceled. This news came to me after 2 weeks of waiting for my order to ship out, which I understand was due to COVID-19. My gripe is not with the wait time, but the lack of customer service. In spite of all this, I still agreed to pay the extra fee since I wanted my order. Four days passed after I agreed to pay the fee and I still did not hear back from their sad excuse for a customer service team, further extending the amount of time I had been waiting for my order. Throughout the entire lengthy email and phone call process, I never once received a SINGLE apology or even acknowledgement of their mistake and my frustration. From a COO of a company, I would at least expect some basic training in customer relations or even people skills. So disappointing.
