Wrong measurements, faulty item, misleading return information, no response
I am still going though a months-long process of trying to get a refund or make a return. The company never responded, and fight against my chargeback. I bought a crochet crop top that was much smaller than the measurements they had posted on the site, and it had construction flaws where the the top was not symmetrical at all as in the pictures - this is not what I expect from a higher end store.
The "return label" they include is to an address in Moldova, not to their company's location in London. It costs $100-$200 to ship to Moldova. I contacted the email address they have on their site for returns 3 days after having received the item, well within their policy. I received no response back. I sent a follow up and still they never responded.
I have now been in a back-and-forth with a chargeback for months. While this is partly due to the bad process on Apple Card through Stripe, Malliny also keeps shifting their claims. First, they claim simply that they delivered the item and they have a return policy. Then, they said there was no flaw and the measurements are listed on the site, and included pictures of the Item. Even in the pictures they provided showing the item, you can see the design flaw. When I pointed this out and also provided evidence for the incorrect measurements, they now claim I have never emailed them (I have, and have now submitted that evidence). Each time they have accused me of attempting to defraud while still having never responded to my request.
I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company, both out of quality concerns, the misleading returns process, radio silence, and because of the pure hassle.
