We had a great and relaxing family trip at La Finca es Faser. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, each room has a big bathroom with a beautiful shower. The kitchen is big and fully equipped that connects directly to an outdoor covered patio with a nice bbq and big table for eating outdoors. Next to the patio is a full sized table tennis that our kids played with everyday and enjoyed very much! The garden is also big and very well kept and the pool is perfect for swimming and also very clean and well maintained. The only problem was the water temperature was too cold in early Spring for swimming, but we managed to dip in and out! Nearby (15 min) there is a big supermarket and also within (10 - 15) min drive there are several nice fine dinning restaurants, such as, Bacco and Jade in Alqueria Blanca. Overall, I highly recommend La Finca es Faser to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family or friends get away, in the idealic country side of Calogne, which in itself has a center square with artistic shops and restaurants and a pub, all within 10 min walk from the house.

Quick effective response the only time it was required whilst staying in a fabulous MFH house

My family and I stayed at Can Bolas near Felanitx and had a wonderful week. The location was quiet with a view to die for across the whole island, surrounded by beautiful olive groves.
The house itself was well equipped and Mallorca Farmhouses were always very responsive over any issues or requests that we had.
We will be back!

Beautiful house and garden for a very relaxing stay. Only two negative points: terrible mosquitoes which made being outside difficult and no provisions (oil, salt, tea etc) in house. But overall a very enjoyable week in a lovely area.

Mallorca Farmhouses provided an efficient and friendly service right through the process from our intial enquiry to our booking and arrival at the villa.
The description of the villa was accurate and the photos painted a true picture of the house and beautiful garden.
The location was very quiet and secluded and yet close to Pollensa, Alcudia and the sea.
All in all an excellent place in which to truly relax and unwind.

Hi, we had a problem with a location (Ca'n Picassa) due to heavy thunderstorms but the representative Julie Stinton was particularly helpful. We are very grateful for her help. Very responsive and ready to respond quickly and efficiently. The dirt road at Ca'n Picassa must be redone permanently so as to allow easy access to the house at all times. Otherwise, beautiful location in the mountains, remote, quiet and peaceful. Great swimming pool, deserves to be covered with a tarp at night to keep the heat. We were moved to an other location (Parades), a nice family house. Not our choice but a good fallback solution after the flooding and washed away dirt track in Ca'n Picassa. If we were to return some day to Mallorca, we would definitly rent by Mallorca Farmhouses.

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Orel Planus. Its a lovely place and having the garden and plunge pool was great after a day out

Great experience from start to end of vacation

Excellent communication. Great villa. Clean and well maintained. Very professional.

The house was lovely, but a bit smaller than the pictures make it seem, but the pool is even bigger. The kitchen is very well equiped as well. We jad a great stay here.

Nice villa but disappointed to find that basic things such as bin bags, kitchen paper, cloths and washing up liquid were not provided. We purchased these and have left them for other guests (which I’m sure others will have done) hence our surprise at their absence.

We were also surprised that there was no welcome pack. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a rental property that doesn’t provide at least a couple of tea bags to get you started!

This did slightly take the shine off our arrival as it’s an inconvenience. These things aside though the villa itself is good. Beds are comfy, good size rooms and kitchen well equipt. Outside area and pool is also nice.

Ants and mosquitos were however a problem and again mosquito coils and ant powder would have been a welcome sight in the cupboards.

We would recommend this villa to others but would suggest the owners let people know in advance that no supplies are provided.

The villa is a great location and is a wonderful building However it is not child friendly with an open marble and glass staircase We had to put a sofa across the stair well. The kitchen was great but the hob was broken and the kitchen utensils were basic at best with broken frying pans no serving dishes not enough mugs or glassesToo tiny kettles and a tiny coffee machine For this villa to be a luxury one the kitchen needs a major look at We were given two t towels for 12 peopleThere was no spare linen. There was no local information in the folder like the beautiful beach just up the road and no information about restaurants We paid a high price for a luxury building without the luxuries one would expect inside .

Our accommodation at Gallado in Polenca was beautifully appointed and set in quiet surroundings about 10 mins from the village. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was essential and very welcome. The pool was amazing, as was the BBQ area. We thought more small touches would have been nice, like salt and pepper, may be a bottle of sangria, milk or bread on arrival.

Mallorca currently suffers from the scurge of the Tiger Mosquito, these tiny insects feed day and night and really made us suffer. We felt there was more that could have been done at our villa. There were no mosquito nets on the doors or windows. No Insect repellent left at the property, although the aroma plugs were there, no refills. We also had a wasps nest and they would gang up on us at lunch time, we found out on the last day the secret is to give them their own plate of food away from yours and let them feast.

Our check out day was Saturday at 10am. However the groundsman arrived at 07.30 to prepare for the next arrivals, we thought that was a bit unfair for what we consider to be a premium holiday experience.

In summary, for a Villa in this price bracket we expected a little bit more WOW.

This is no reflection on the Mallorca Farmhouse booking experience, which was seamless and to be fair we could have called our rep at any time and I am sure they would have been happy to help.
