I was skeptical at first since I only needed a small quantity done. Everywhere else I went to, the prices per unit was absolutely insane. I was surprised to find out the price per unit was 5 times lower with mallpatches. Even if my business was only for 15 units, they took the time to review the design with me and insisted for my 100% satisfaction. Took very little time to get them at my doorstep, they were perfectly done and much better than I hoped. I appreciated their service for not discarding my business or giving me less service for not being a big client. Great service for great price.

I requested a quote and received a response within an hour with a very detailed photo sample, placed the order and received my package within 5 days. The patches are of excellent quality and exactly as ordered. Also, they had the best prices for the quantity of patches needed. I highly recommend this company. Ordered from CT, USA

My guy wanted to make a custom motorcycle vest, so I decided design one myself for his Christmas present. I seriously searched everywhere for a patch company who truly had no minimum and made nice quality embroidered patches, and as skeptical as I was about this one being the only one I could find, I went through with this company and just kept my fingers crossed. They came through the first time and had an extremely quick response rate despite our time difference, made up a prototype for my approval free of charge, and on top of that had a fairly fast shipping rate (maybe a week and a half to two weeks). I decided a few days ago that I'd like one more, but felt a little pressed for time with Christmas around the corner. I sent them my design and let them know I was in a rush and that I'd only like to go ahead with the order if it could get here before Christmas, and just this morning with 6 days to spare, I got a confirmation text saying that it will arrive tomorrow. Cheaper than any other that I know of and so well worth it! I ironed on the back patch already and the quality is absolutely incredible. Will definitely go to these guys again if I need anything in the future, thank you for helping me pull off one awesome Christmas present!

I find the product to be very interesting and very well made. I believe the business model is well set up and he convenience of ordering from anywhere in the world with fast and easy delivery is a big plus when operating a global business. I am eager to browse their collection of patches more and may pick out some personal items very soon. I highly recommend this company and their product.
