Made an order on the 19th May. Confirmation email states delivery is 1-2 working days but their website states it may take 3 which would have been fine. 12 days later and I have still not received my parcel. I had to chase them for this for them to say they will look into this with no idea of a timescale for a response and I have still not heard from anyone regarding where my parcel is. I understand this is a small business however I would expect when orders have gone missing or when people have been waiting for this length of time that these issues would be pushed to priority.

The prints are so beautiful, I was really impressed with the quality too. I received my goods quickly so will definitely be telling my friends to shop here! I also loved the little bags everything is packed in, was a nice touch.

Purchased the banana leaf anti roll and hooded towel to match. Amazing quality and will be making sure I look after these for a long time! Delivery was a bit delayed but customer service explained and were lovely.
Makes me broody to gave another one as there products are amazing!

Bought a baby change mat firstly the wrong design arrived, I had to arrange and pay for the return and then once returned still and to chase the replacement correct design being sent out.
6 months down the line and the mat is unusable as it's damaged, the covering has ripped and the foam exposed. When I contacted customer services about this they advised there was nothing for them to do.
Overly expensive product. Just paying for the lovely design.

I purchased a splash mat and used it once and it stained upon first use. When I contacted support they directed me to their FAQ page outlining that their splash mats do stain. What a useless product and terrible customer service. I won't purchase anything from mama shack again.

I purchased a cotbed sheet from mamashack and the dye from the pattern bled into the base fabric after it got damp (nappy leak) so much so the pattern has completely smudged on one area. I contacted the customer services team and they advised that it’s not a manufacturing error even their technical team haven’t inspected the item which would be normal practice for a faulty product. They’ve been really unhelpful and disinterested and despite raising my concerns about the safety of this product for infants they didn’t respond. It really has put me off purchasing further items from this brand which is a shame as I love to support smaller independent businesses.

Ordered two changing mats for my silvercross changing table. I couldn’t find any others in the right dimensions! Unfortunately loads of the designs were out of stock so I signed up for updates when they were back. As soon as they came back in stock I ordered and they were delivered within 5 days. They are such beautiful designs and lovely quality. Very pleased they are also made in the UK. Would definitely recommend
