Needed some custom made items but could not visit a store in person. Dealt with a Kelly and could not have handpicked a better advisor. My requests were interpreted quickly and professionally with such care and attention to detail. I was sent multiple photographs throughout the making process and also the delivery was tracked by Kelly. The items are absolutely beautiful and this will be my jeweller of choice but only if Kelly can assist me. Thank you so much.

Excellent service during pandemic
We bought our engagement ring from tony, who first meet online on @ diamondsdubai.ae and later arranged to pick up and drop from our hotel, we felt very protected and they also dealt with social distancing.
