Defected product and no response from customer service
Received the product with a clear and visible crack after following assembling instructions, I tried writing to customer service asking for support or advice on how they can help given I paid over 800 SEK for such a product that come defected with with no response until today. Unsatisfactory experience both from a product and service perspective!

Placed two orders almost simalteneously,the second one arrived quickly but in destroyed packaging had to chaste to get the first one,received my order partially only,status on the web site shown as Complete though,not even sure when if ever it will reach me. Both orders paid directly by card. None of orders had packing list -so very difficult to trace if everything was sent.

Did not inform in advance that package will come in 2 deliveries. Package arrived quite damaged, thankfullt the bed was ok inside.
Delivery times longer than competition. Would probably buy elsewhere if there were no good offer.

Great products at good prices
My only issue was that my product took some time to arrive.. and also the product itself had a problem, but it has nothing to do with mammashop. I am a big fan of the site and have got many other products that I've been very satisfied with!
