AVOID... Wish I read the other review before I booked. Called and asked for a price, quoted 2 hours and was told "it wont be any more than that" He assured me of this.
At the end of the job was told 3 hours and was also charged £40 per hour when on the website it says £35ph. When I questioned the extra £5 ph, I was told it was for congestion charge. But there is no congestion charge on those route, as I've driven it several times. Don't get ripped off, go elsewhere!

The worst moving experience I ever had - and I've moved a few times! The man was rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to know how disassemble a common IKEA sofa bed. At some point he even suggested breaking the bed, so that we could go through the door, asking me if I was planning to use the bed again (!!). He broke one of my bookcases. He didn't have any care for my things at all. He had dirty shoes and he walked with them on furniture and mattresses! Clueless. He even made a negative comment about English people/companies... which made wonder why he's living in this country. Unpleasant! They also operate as "London Removals" and "Removals London".
