Best price I could find for what I…

Best price I could find for what I wanted. I ordered in the afternoon and Post NL delivered around 8.30 the next morning so I was able to shave with my new brush. I upgraded from my boars hair brush to a badger hair brush - it feels very luxurious. I love the after shave and a lot better price than another on-line seller.

One star is too much

One star is too much. I received my order today: two shaving soaps. Both were unsealed, and almost half the soap was missing. Each tin of shaving soap is supposed to contain around 200g, but unfortunately, only half that amount was inside. The rest had been scraped out. I have taken further action. What a cheek!

It's a shame you wrote a negative review right away. Unjustified.

We replied directly at your e-mail. As we already told you these products have not been used. They come directly from the manufacturer. I understand your confusion, but this is a handcrafted, small-scale, and manual production. The shaving cream is filled into the jar by hand. This explains the uneven surface. You could know this, because we also mention this in the product information on our website.

We already send an email so you can return the item free of charge.
